Good morning. I don't think I've always written before noon. I put things aside and decided to write. Schadenfreude is simply a bad feeling not only due to the fact that it is called German.
Yes, that's how I feel about Schadenfreude after I heard this morning that the PiS candidate in the presidential election said he could talk to Vladimir Putin. It's starting to look like 95% of the politicians of the ruling coalition and the opposition PiS are going to look like idiots any day now. It turns out that those whom I was called “Russian onus” were right. Putin and Russia in all authoritative media messages and speeches of politicians are referred to as criminals, bandits, etc. As far as I know, the only politician who avoided calling Putin that was Leszek Miller. With Miller, the problem is that it is not entirely known whether his wise restraint is the consequence of political wisdom, or of his engagement years ago in taking money from the Russians for the needs of the failing PZPR (who present knows what it was?)
It turns out that after the authoritative political planet in Poland there is simply a spectrum of the request to enter into talks with Putin. First is the PiS presidential candidate. Very dubious that this is his individual initiative. More likely, this message had to be agreed with Jarosław Kaczyński. And like Kaczyński, all the Law and Justice. Besides, it seems the PiS is following president Donald Trump's policy, like your mother.
What does the government coalition say? Prime Minister Donald Tusk clearly got active in speaking about the power of Europe, understood as the European Union and a small NATO, due to the fact that the British, but not the Americans. This rush of Tusk was the tensioning of muscles, only that he was rapidly made aware that these muscles were of cotton wool. What's next? Things will be accelerated if Americans decide to retreat their troops from Poland. I know very small about it, but I'm willing to take the hazard that the chances of withdrawal are greater than less. Ultimately, this will depend on the state of American-Russian talks, that is, how much part of the game about drawing Russia distant from China, and in this case the Americans have shown that they are willing to do much.
For today, the situation begins to look like this; Europe is not only ready to give Ukraine safety guarantees, but besides to supply her with military assistance at a level allowing the Ukrainian army to effectively argue the Russian army. The Americans refused to support Ukraine and bring Russia into diplomatic play, treating it as an equal partner at the level of interstate diplomacy. Poland should so fear that the Americans will not be behind it. If Poland wants, at least to a limited extent, to overtake the always worse-looking future, that is, the direct collision with Russia, it should have a plan to establish a fresh relation with Putin. Unfortunately, there seems to be no specified thing. I do not know if it has already happened, whether it is in the process of suspending Poland in a political vacuum, against highly hostile Russia, due to the fact that neither Europe nor America can or do not want to give absolute guarantees in the event of an acute conflict. Well, that's what you wanted, Gregory Dyndala!
I wonder now erstwhile Donald Tusk or Jarosław Sikorski, or possibly Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish, will they inactive call Putin a criminal like Trump to Zelenski, whom he called a dictator, pretend to be a fool and ask if that's what I said?
One thing is clear, and we are approaching a minute of complete political disgrace towards the Russian-Ukrainian conflict of all Polish governments since 2014. The main emphasis of this compromise is the disregard and omission of the Polish national interest for the interests of mainly Ukraine, as well as the US and the strongest European countries. And so Poland is simply a weak military, economically weak, unprecedentedly internally divided with a immense hazard of deficiency of guarantees for fast and effective military aid, and it is against Russia, which is economically and militarily weakened, but Russia is aggressively hostile to Poland, with military and political instruments, in order to severely harm Poland. It should be added that this aggressive hostility of Russia is caused to a large degree by Poland. And then what?
