Statement: president of Russia and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Russia W. Putin failed and failed to fulfil his duties under the Constitution of the Russian Federation
Next: description of the genesis of the current state of the armed forces and of the respective years of the demolition of the base operating for the needs of the army, starting from the period of the duties of Minister of Defence by A. Sierdiukov; mistakes made during more than 2,5 years of the alleged peculiar Military Operations
Objectives of victory:
1.Full liberation of the territory of Malorussia and alleged Ukraine from the current Ukrainian Nazi government until the western borders of the erstwhile USSR are reached
2.The triumph Parade in Kiev
3. Restoration of Kiev-Pieczerska Lavra in the framework of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate
Conclusions and requests:
– admit the actions of the president of the Russian Federation and at the same time the Commander-in-Chief, as unsatisfactory and inform the people and army of negligence (included in OZO Statements, successively: 19 May 2022, 10 March 2023);
– an act of panic at the Krokus Club, in Moscow on 22 March 2023, showed the consequences of a destructive and uncontrolled immigration policy. These are the consequences of an erroneous demographic policy and tolerance - led by W. Putin and his surroundings, in relation to spiritual and national relations, which threatens the safety and interests of the indigenous people of Russia.
– On 28 March 2024, the OZO message on the national and spiritual situation in Russia and measures to counter its negative aspects expressed by the demands for amendments to the Russian Federation penal code was adopted.
– In the absence of a reaction of the highest authorities of Russia to analyses and requests, OZO sent a letter to the Secretary of the safety Council of the FR General Patrushev army signaling problems and demanding a response, which was disregarded.
– On 10 May 2024, the OZO adopted a message of the inadmissibility of the usage of tactical atomic weapons in the territory of Malorussia and Ukraine, which take into account those forces that have been made available to the administrative and military authorities of the FR, and which the historical Russian lands do not consider to be native land and would like to sacrifice them in hell, in exchange for continuing their power. Putin, with his provocative atomic weapons exercises, poses a deadly threat to the state and its armed forces.
Conclusion: The ten-year course of war in Novorosia proves that citizen Putin does not see, hear, and realize the request to build armed forces. The situation in the army and in the back is deteriorating.
In this situation, the OZO submits to the national Assembly of the Russian Federation in the individual of the national Duma and the Federation Council a request for the initiation of the procedure for the dismissal of W. Putin as president of the FR.
