Position on “The Bishop” material on Collegium Humanum

Mr Krzysztof Bosak, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm

1. All my studies activities were legal and ethical. Any proposition against me and attributing to me acts I have not committed and intentions I have not expressed is simply a lie and an effort to strike my good name. My contacts with the university were clear and transparent.

2. 1 of the editors of the “Gossip” met me in the expression off the record 12.11.2024 at 10:30 a.m. He got an explanation. He didn't post anything. Prior to this meeting, at the entrance to the Sejm, the Marshal's defender took distant the hidden recording equipment detected during the inspection.

Almost a year later, on 29.10.2025 at 9:29 p.m., Piotr Krysiak repeatedly sent 22 insinuating questions on the same subject. These are reasons why I do not talk to the “Gossip” and I believe that the editorial board works in bad faith.

3. In the editorial material, the editor showed no material from the prosecution or any evidence. All charges have the character of false gossip, innuendos, slanders and simple lies. Witness statements, as far as they themselves participated, are consistent with my explanations.

4. The lie is that professors Piotr Kosiak and Arkadiusz Durasiewicz mediated between me and the university. I first met him as a lecturer in 2021. I don't know the another one.

5. The lie is that at the end of 2020 I met prof. Pawel Czarnecki. I met him on July 17, 2020 at 10:00 in the Rectorate, studying the university at the invitation of 1 of its lecturers. Besides, I haven't heard from him.

6. The lie is that whoever took classes for me, grades, exams or any another student duties. Tomasz Warny did his duties honestly and ethically, and nothing more. It is besides a lie that Thomas originates from the All-Polish Youth and that we shared in the independency Marches (but if it were actual it would not be reprehensible).

7. The lie is that in June 2022 I would postgraduate from college due to the outbreak. My last contact with the university took place in the winter of 2022 and disappeared due to a deficiency of time.

8. From the beginning I talked to the university about studies in individual learning mode. That's all I had time for. Making that charge is ridiculous.

9. It's a lie to neglect my university presence. During the pandemic, education was mainly conducted online by appropriate applications and a peculiar university platform. I participated remotely in reunions for the students of the absent, as well as in any passes and exams.

10. I despise deceptions, plagiarisms, work written without any sense of art or taking exams without preparation. For these reasons, I only had a fewer things I was curious in and had time to prepare for (e.g. rather demanding financial accounting).

11. The lie is that individual connected to me addressed the university to remove my documentation. At the same time, I do not comment on how the university manages documentation and data due to the fact that I have no cognition of this. From outside, the college looked professional.

12. The lie is that I have an unregulated financial work to college.

13. The DA didn't call me about this college. I'm available if you request me. Criminals, officials and politicians liable for this affair should be severely punished. Honest lecturers and students should feel sorry for what they were drawn into.

14. I would like to introduce to the editors of The Bishop to correct false information. In the absence of correction, I do not exclude legal steps.

15. I call on another editorials not to duplicate untruth and verify all information according to good journalism standards.

16. Thank you for trusting those who did not believe false accusations.
