After a tragic accident in Rabka-Zdrój, a priest who wanted to give the victims his last anointing was unexpectedly detained by police and prosecutors. Jan Rokita, a erstwhile politician, noted that even the Communist Civic Militia would not show specified arrogance.
A shocking event took place on Easter Monday in Rabka-Zdrój wellness Park, erstwhile a broken tree tragically consumed 3 lives: a six-year-old kid and 2 women aged 44 and 69. They all died instantly. The municipal authorities declared a two-day mourning.
The following day, after this tragic accident, the “Super Express” paper reported that a clergyman who wanted to give the victims his last anointing was not permitted by the service.
The priest explained on social media that he was not allowed to scope the victims due to the decision of the prosecutor, stressing that he had arrived at the site according to a telephone call.
The case was besides described by a police officer who was present at the scene.
“Suddenly the priest comes in and wants to come in, I reacted to it and stated that this is not the place and time for his sacraments. The priest shouted threats that the prosecutor would answer for the absence of his sacraments and take everything on his shoulders. For him it was not the crying father, but his magic.” – wrote an officer on his Facebook account.
The officer's entry was rapidly removed.

By Polish Journal Jan Rokita expressed his opinion on the event, calling it unprecedented.
He pointed out that "state institutions are trying to violate the most individual dimension of religion and settle a substance involving the police."
“To tell you the truth, there is something so frightening about this atheistic police shoe that it is hard for me to compose what I am writing now. In my darkest dreams, I never thought that specified a thing could happen in free Poland. The Communist Civic Militia would never let herself to have specified a shoe” – reads his column.
“I compose about it due to the fact that if we Christians consider the Rabian precedent normal, shortly many dying will be deprived of the right to the world. Police accompany the last moments of lives of hundreds of people who face abrupt death in various circumstances, especially in traffic accidents. I don't think that policeman from Rabka did it as a consequence of his vision. I am afraid that an increasingly atheistic state can train police officers to do this, and the ban on giving the planet will become a common practice. If (in the language of Pope Francis) we do not make a “rabana” around the Rabka case, then this can happen” – writes Rokita.
