The scandalous message by Anna Maria Żukowska dehumanizing unborn children, although she met with the condemnation of the online community, has not yet met with more serious repercussions. And yet the anti-scientific and disgusting innuendos of the Left associate bring to head the darkest pages of our history. Citizens responded, appealing to the Ombudsman for the Rights of the kid and the Ombudsman for the Rights of the Patientto take action. They have the good of children and tiny patients on the banners. But what did the institutions say?
In the discussions on the X portal, Ms Lewica, Anna Maria Żukowska suggested that there should be no limit to the anticipation of killing an unborn kid in the event of the threat of a mother's "health or life", including "mental health". Moreover, the MP speculated on the anticipation of killing those unborn who would last the murderous procedure.
Abortionists revealed their actual bloody face. Leaving out detailed debates about the beginning of human life or the minute of the improvement of the tense system, they went to the phase not only of pure utilitarianism, but of average discretion. There's only 1 kid in their optics that the parent will accept. Otherwise, it is simply a ‘parasite’, an ‘eighth passenger of Nostromo’, a abroad body that can be disposed of without hindrance. In specified cases, the Polish State and its institutions should stand defender for its youngest and most susceptible citizens. A petition was initiated for this intent STOP Barbarianism, whose signatories call on the Ombudsman and the Ombudsman to intervene on the scandalous words of Mr Żukowska.
PCh24.pl asked the petition recipients how they intend to respond to the appeal already signed by over 5600 people. The Ombudsman's office of rights was the first to respond. As it turned out, the representatives of the office find that the substance is de facto not about them, due to the fact that we are talking about... an MP's speech.
"The issue... concerns statements on social media from the current Polish Sejm. It presented its opinion on the explanation of the guidelines of the Ministry of Health. Hence, (...) the questions to be addressed should be the Marshal of the Sejm and the Ministry of Health” – written in consequence to our email.
We besides sent a akin question to the Ombudsman. According to current medical knowledge, a kid at the phase of fetal life should be treated as a patient. It should be diagnosed and treated before birth if necessary. Mr Żukowska's attitude clearly contradicts this simple law. Meanwhile, the MPC, although its mission is, as we read, to "take effective action to defend patients' rights", has nothing to say on the Żukowska case.
"The Ombudsman's office is obliged to take action to medical entities infringing patients' rights – ex officio or after complaint by the patient. In the field of our Office’s activities, there is no action, no opinion or assessment of behaviour or political statements” – stressed in consequence to our question.
Unfortunately, this must be admitted openly: it is not the first time the institutions of the democratic state have failed. They neglect their most defenseless citizens, exposed to the civilization of death, who, in this way, by the blood of innocent unborn children, make them pay for prolonging the carnival of carelessness, eternal adolescence and the life full of "laws", without any responsibilities.
Miscarriage “do it yourself” for underage girls, killing the kid until the 9th period “on the slip” from a psychiatrist, plans to install abortion slaughterhouses – since the elections on October 15 in Poland, the best is simply a bloody carnival. Symptomatic that these games of death take place in violation of applicable law. But as the Prime Minister in office has not failed to recall, we have entered the era of "a fighting democracy", which in the "restore of the regulation of law", which can be understood by any government fanaticism – besides the introduction of abortion on request – do not look at specified trifles as the Constitution or the civilian Code. Leaving without comment specified dehumanizing statements as the words of Mr Żukowska increase the sense of impunity of abortion environments and extend the social acceptance of illegal activities.
Thus, we are amazed at the decision not to take a stand on this substance by the Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child. Despite references to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Mr Żukowska's message clearly afraid the situation of children (although MP Lewica did not usage this term) to whom, in accordance with Article 2 The Law on the Ombudsman of the Rights of the kid is “every human being from conception to adulthood”. That is why we call on an office which, according to its status, should uphold the child's "right to life and health" to fulfil its obligations.
We besides address the Ombudsman with a akin appeal. Although the rights of the patient at the fetal phase are not explicitly regulated, both medical practice, prenatal care principles and confirmed medical intervention past treats the unborn kid as any another patient.
