Rubio, has a clear goal – to convince the leaders of these countries to halt buying energy natural materials from Russia. The drive to isolate Russia is intended to encourage it to adopt geopolitical conditions imposed by the US. Russia is to be at least neutral in the course of the US's economic-military "contrary" with China in pursuit of planet domination.
