Public radio PiK (Pomorze and Kujaw) refused, without giving the reason for issuing the paid invitation for the 81st Anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising
As many of WAS know, the eve of the 81st Anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, our Association (Bydgosian Patriots) was deprived of the anticipation of promoting this event in 1 of the local "medias" with a wide scope of influence. Before that, we asked them for media patronage over the event, met all expectations, approved the draft of information materials and signed the applicable documents. The second issue was to order an advertising spot, a banner for a website and buy airtime for its broadcast. The content of advertising and banner was prepared by representatives of these "medias" and approved by us. To make the banner and the spot, as well as its issue, we signed a two-sided contract and paid the required fees. On July 28, 2025, at 19:18 pm, we were informed by email of the withdrawal of the patronage and the cessation of advertising spots, which was clear from breaking the binding agreement between the 2 parties. What is most shocking to this day is not the reason for this decision. Both the above-mentioned message correspondence and direct contact with the individual who signed under the order of the "media" did not explain the reasons and reasons for specified action. We read this as an action aimed at limiting the anticipation of reaching a wide scope of inhabitants of Bydgoszcz and surrounding areas with information about the event we have organised. It is apparent that if the above-mentioned "media" had already initially refused to cooperate we would have looked for another possibilities of advertising, unfortunately, a fewer days before the event it was impossible, which clearly affected attendance.
The cost of this advertisement is 1 thing, but we besides incurred another expenses related to the production of flyers with the logotype of these "medias" and their colporteur. In the electronic correspondence cited above, there was besides a request to halt immediately advertising the event utilizing the materials on which the logotype "media" is located.
From press.pl we learn that the withdrawal of the patronage took place due to the fact that our Association is highly nationalistic. "I made a decision to retreat our patronage," said "Presserwis" by Cezary Wojtczak, editor-in-chief and station liquidator.
The radio withdrew from the patronage without giving a reason. That's the anticipation of a contract.

As Radio PiK reported, the station will require the organizers to retreat their logotype from all promotional material of the event. It will not announce it either."
We can't leave this case like this, it's a manifest manifestation of discrimination against a legally functioning organisation. We have asked for legal aid and are going to fight for our good name. As you know, everything costs money, so we ask good people for financial support (court fees and lawyers)
One might besides wonder which side the media are on present and who they serve... By refusing to advance Warsaw UprisingsDidn't they stand on the another side of the barricade? Can't you choice up the fact that "their boys" wore belts with the sign "Gott Mit Uns"???... Or possibly it's a motion of solidarity with the authors of the exhibition at the Gdańsk Museum "our boys"
