This is to be imposed by force – the bill provides for up to PLN 5 1000 for the usage in the announcement of the incorrect return. At the same time, the state promotes the rule in the regulation: "a profession has no gender", which is intended in practice to harmonise the language according to the patterns of gender/neolysenkoism ideology.
In practice, it will no longer be possible to recruit "cleaning up", "care" of the kid or the builder. In addition to the unusual language breakers to be implemented, this situation besides means a waste of time for many jobseekers. due to the fact that if individual wants a babysitter, it means that they are not looking for a guardian (in the sense of a man). In turn, if individual needs an worker for a masonry, they will not compose that they are looking for a female builder. He's a cure, and he's no match for men.
Once again, the state enters from ideological motives into substance that should not be dealt with. In effect, in order to implement left-wing utopias, it makes life hard for average people.
