– Oh, that's right, so let's not regulation out that they're going to creatively make it, due to the fact that they're coming up here insolently with... a draft amendment to the budget bill. Not for this next season, which is already a period of complete bankruptcy over nearly 300 billion, but they study for the correction of this deficit, which they have granted themselves with a generous hand, they have claimed the right to it, this deficit below 200 billion.
So now it's not going to be below, it's going to be above. But what's the name of individual who spends money not his own, who wasn't authorized to spend it? individual like that calls himself a thief, an embezzler, erstwhile it comes to a public penny. So we can officially, since this bill came into the advanced House, we can officially announce it: Donald Tusk's government is simply a government of embezzlers, thieves and bankrupts.
Because a country that is incorrect in accounts not for gold, millions, or even, let's say, one-digitally expressing billions, but for the next tens of billions wants correction after that money has already been spent – that's stealing. And this theft is impudence combined in addition to, I believe, a Codexic delicacy, which is to bring the universal danger to the Polish nation, due to the fact that the budgetary gap is simply a disaster for all of us.
They may find themselves in Euro-Colochosis, somewhere in the North or South Atlantic Pacts, in various global organizations, but it is our children, our grandchildren who will be left with this debt: here in Warsaw and Brussels, due to the fact that this debt besides increases, there besides with the approval of the notes of this and erstwhile government, both of these PiS-PO powers, unfortunately 1 song, there in Brussels besides indebted children, grandchildren, great-grandsons of Poles for subsequent generations, due to the fact that Euro-Colchoz granted himself the right to have, as they say, the European Commission's own means.
There is no own resources, there are only those taken from us, citizens, payers, taxpayers. So let us be aware that all day, the week of this government's operation is to waste our money on green, blue, rainbow, migration pacts, from which propagandaally cancer is withdrawing, but in fact we have a continuation policy here, and Donald Tusk I do not say Berlin and Brussels will jump on this issue.
We have incitement to war and charging Polish taxpayers with costs of various doctrines, whether pseudo-economic or pseudo-geopolitical. It costs us. And in a minute this debt will scope specified a level that the Polish people will become insolvent even in the boldest forecasts of financiers, who will cease to treat Poles as righteous debtors, payers and in a minute any global bailiff will come here, will put receipts on the table, we will hear “Bitte zahlen Sie” – delight pay and then the Polish state without fanfare, war drums, no tanks, no occupation, no partitions, the Polish state will be put to liquidation for debts which these people have caused.
And the fact that Mateusz Morawiecki and the company, and his ministers, did not pour out our collar money, the fact that they were in various funds, whether it be justice or in these various, honourable, extra-budget taxation money pumps, is no excuse. This is simply a circumstance, but no court shall acquit the thief, who shall say, and they besides steal, and there besides black men beat. That's no excuse.
And here was an example of the company's board of directors, any CEO. Take the example of a household father. Whether a family, a house, a household in the country or in the city, if it is so governed, that in October money was spent, which was to be adequate for the fore-end, then specified a home will fall, and since we are talking about a Polish country, the collapse of our national home will be great.
I wouldn't want to live to see this fall, I wouldn't want to see this state of bankruptcy and galloping, increasingly brazen embezzlement, I wouldn't want to leave it to my children. I don't want you that.
Government under the court, Donald Tusk and a company with Mateusz Morawiecki should talk to the prosecutor about debts they have made, and the Polish nation should yet choice a representation that is wise not after harm, but before harm.
The Confederacy warned, which we can say this once: we did not say, we did not say! We did not just support these budget laws and we predicted that they were windy. That they'd just turn out to be paper science, creative accounting. And that confirms today.
But we opposed the systemic plunder of the Polish payer and spending money on matters that do not belong to the public good, on which our interior and global safety does not depend. We have opposed and opposed the spending of Polish taxpayers' money on matters that do not service the safety and prosperity of the Polish people.

It will continue, unfortunately, due to the fact that our press conference, although unambiguous in pronunciation, will not blow out this government, but you can blow out this government, and you can prevent this recidivism of brazen and galloping theft of systemic embezzlement.
