I was at the Roman Dmowski National Foundation Gala in Warsaw yesterday. It was large all year. The commemorative medals “Polish Thoughts” were honoured with quite a few merit for the Polish case of Colonel Tadeusz Kowalczyk (Association of the Inheritorship of Polish Kombatants of planet War II) and writing to “Polish Thought” Vladimir Kowalik. The organization was expected to be intimate, so only invited guests were present.
The editor-in-chief of “Polish Thoughts” Jan Engelgard announced the consequence of the competition for the best book on the past and political thought of National Democracy for the year 2024. This year it was awarded to the Publishing home of the Political thought Centre of Krakow, which released, among others, a collection of texts by Stanisław Piasecki ‘A consecutive line’ and Wasiutine Bohdan The Crisis of Democratism. Among the valuable items previously issued are: Zygmunt Balicki "Parlamentarianism", Władysław Grabski "Idea of Poland", Władysław Konopczyński "About the Value of Our History", Stanisław Kozicki "The Half Age of Democratic-National Politics 1887-1939", Jan Gwalbert Pawlikowski "About Polish Mesianism and Conservativeism" or Jan Ludwik Popławski "The Nation and Politics".
The second part of the gathering was devoted to the presentation of the latest book by Prof. Stanisław Bielen "Time of hazard in global Relations". The book contains texts published in articles “Polish Thoughts” and Science Affairs. There are books you gotta have in your library, and that's 1 of those items. The prof. honored the audience with an excellent lecture on what global relations are.
Members attended the gathering Roman Dmowski National Foundation and Polish thought Clubs (Poznań, Warsaw, Katowice, Gliwice, Będzin, Tarnów, Kraków, Głogów, Białystok, Szczecin, Łódź, Pabianice). Guests from the right and left were besides present: Artur Zawisza, Marcin Masny, Robert Trzaska, Olaf Swolken, Vladimir Gorki is Zbigniew Kazmierczak.
After the meeting, we went to a Georgian restaurant where our conversations continued for hours.
