During the period erstwhile the full Polish society is focused on celebrations on 11 November as usual without sound passes another anniversary of liberation reflection after a coup by Ukrainians in 1918.
Anniversary of the liberation of Przemyśl at the hands of Ukrainians. As a consequence of the negotiations between the Polish and Ukrainian sides on 1 November 1918, an agreement was signed a day later, by which it was decided to establish a nine-man mixed Polish-Jewish-Ukrainian commission in the city. Despite this settlement, the Ukrainians committed a betrayal of the agreements, starting at night with 3-4 November the fight for Polish Przemyśl. The first fighting hours led to a truce and a demarcation line on Sana.
On 11 November 1918, Poles began reflecting the city of the Ukrainians' treacherously occupied city. As a consequence of the winning offensive by evening, the city was liberated. Fights for the city became, among others, a combat baptism for later 37. The Infantry Regiment, who lost 2 officers during these fightings: Lieutenants Władysław Kramarz and Ueberall[1]. It is worth emphasizing the fact that at the time the Ukrainians took part of the city, the bombers did not find artillery in the warehouses, which Poles had already transported to Zasana.
This gave the anticipation to form a battery, which later became part of the 4th Field Artillery Regiment. Her first task during the Polish offensive was to neutralize Ukrainian device guns placed at the exits of bridges, mostly in residential homes.[2]. It is not known from present that this nation loves to usage civilians as hostages.
Today, writing about the fighting against the Ukrainians is perceived by the “servants of the Ukrainian people” as a manifestation of pro-Russian actions. Any memory of the harm that the Polish people have suffered from the Ukrainians over the years is met with the argument: "that not now, now there is war." Polish feelings are irrelevant. Poles are to wait for answers to a minute that will never happen. Ukrainians do not wait, even though there is simply a war they have the will and the strength to rebuild the museum of the Shuchodov people's assassins[3]. This is what expected cooperation looks like.
