Donald Trump, speaking to journalists on board his presidential plane, referred to Elon Musk and his government performance team. The U.S. president suggested that the DOGE audit is not limited to the control of public spending by government administration and agencies.
"We're even looking at the bonds," Trump said, "There may be a problem—you've read about it, with the bonds, and that might be an interesting problem." He added: “It may be that many of these things do not matter. In another words, any of the things we find are very fraudulent, so possibly we have little debt than we thought.” As it tends, Trump trivially expressed the pursuit of revolutionary character, which, if implemented, will shake the very foundations of the global strategy and the way the US operates in them, will shake global and American finances.
I see Trump's remarks as seeking pretexts and justifications for ending US public debt service. More like a cutout. As I suspect, the fresh president of the United States would someway like to limit his commitment to a leading, superpower rival... who is at the same time 1 of the main abroad creditors of the American treasure. The Chinese are second US abroad creditors, after Japan.
My suspicions are that Trump developed specified ideas back in 2016. At the time, it was considered completely crazy in Poland. Especially on the Global South.
Hence the unprecedented impact of the fresh administration on public mechanisms of American soft power with USAID at the head. The audit that Muska's squad conducts in this agency confirms that all the theories about informational interference, ideological diversion, distant social engineering, cultural deconstruction, stimulation of "colour revolutions" put forward by Washington's opponents are, roughly, true. It can be assumed that Trump and his co-workers are not idiots, and if they postpone specified a perfected mechanics for decades and for large amounts of money, they clearly find that in their fresh political agenda, in the fresh way the US operates in the world, it will not be useful.
All this confirms what I have stressed for a long time. Trump believes that the U.S. hegemony is no longer sustainable. Hegemony requires the projection of force and another means of influence across the globe, due to the fact that it requires the proclamation of universal ideas, codification of them into global law, which means as much as the enforcement of its enforcement force. At the same time, hegemony requires, although only to a certain extent, to observe at least officially this "rule-based order". Meanwhile, planet free trade, as 1 of the basic principles and structures of this order, proved to be in a longer position destructive to the US itself.
Therefore, I believe Trump's policy will take a revolutionary direction. Therefore, I believe that he has already considered the planet to be multipolar, and the US to be 1 of many, even if the first-class, associate in a power concert.
