– After the events presently taking place on the Polish-Belarusian border, under the conditions of the influx of illegal immigrants brought by organized crime, to break the Polish border, our ruling authorities rightly diagnosed that something should be done about regulations that prevent soldiers from effectively protecting the border, preventing the usage of weapons.
The diagnosis of our rulers was right, and unfortunately, nothing concrete followed her as usual! due to the fact that after 1 draft bill came the self-correction, after the auto-correction came further consideration and now in the regulations what the Donald Tusk government is preparing for us, it is even more chaos and even more confusion than what we had so far.
The recipe for problems on the Polish border is very simple. You gotta let soldiers usage guns. We must let soldiers, border guards, police officers to do their occupation – that is, to defend, if necessary, the strength, integrity, impermeability of the Polish border.
As a Confederate, we will fight for the rules to be as simple as the needs of the Polish State at the moment, for soldiers and all uniformed services to get a clear signal that if they are led to the fact that they gotta usage weapons to warrant the safety of the Polish border, then no prosecutor sent by Minister Bodnar, no authoritative of left-wing organizations, no minister from Donald Tusk's government will prosecute them for it!
We have prepared amendments that supply Polish soldiers with specified certainty, specified a sense of security, and on the committee of national defence connected with the committee of justice, which starts in 10 minutes, we will fight for these amendments to be entered and voted in the Polish Sejm to become part of Polish law.
