Ad. item 4. Pursuant to Article 55 of the Act of 18 December 1998 on the Institute of National Memory – Commission for the Prosecution of Crimes against the Polish Nation, denying publically and contrary to the facts of the crimes referred to in point 1 of Article 1 of the abovementioned Act is simply a criminal offence prosecuted on an authoritative basis at hazard of fine or imprisonment up to 3 years.
