Why did Sławomir Mentzen vote against the amendment to the Law on supporting Ukraine?

And isn't it that Sławomir Mentzen wants to become Minister of Finance no substance what organization in the coalition?

And if, in the upcoming parliamentary elections, the Confederation of the Polish Crown comes up against the electoral threshold and does not enter the parliament, will it aid PiS more or harm?
