On behalf of the full editorial board Magna Polonia I would like to apologise to Mr Marcin Kowalski and the Podkarpackie structures of the National Movement and the Confederation for publishing false and harmful information. At the same time, I would point out that this publication was not an intentional activity of the editorial board Magna Polonia, but the consequence of a mistake for which I take full work as president of the Foundation.

What is it?
On 6 September 2025, we published an article on the petition on mass immigrants, entitled Compromise of the Podkarpackie Confederation.
In the article we read:
Among another things, the petition says: “Mass immigration carries a social accusation. They are threatened both in the short word and during the period of validity. First of all, it is simply a direct safety that affects the people of our region. They are besides far-fetched social measures that, rapidly consumed and resulting from, are able to impose their duties on indigenous housing in the region or even across the country." You read well – the petition was written as if individual were ineptly translating it from a abroad language to a Polish language and did not read it at all before publication.
The article was highlighted by Mr Marcin Kowalski on 15 September (meaning yesterday), accusing us of manipulating and preparing Facebook. These words have provoked my anger, as we make all effort to verify information, and above all, we have never gone to preparing Facebook. I even wrote a beautiful harsh answer due to the fact that I received screenshots that indicated that the contents of the petition were precisely what we quoted.
But before I published my answer, I decided to conduct a small investigation. First I checked – a well-known web archiving tool, the Wayback device – whether the content of the petition was changed. Turns out she wasn't. Then I did a small test: I turned on the automatic translation of the site and... it turned out that this is the problem. But the problem was not that the editor translated the page from Polish to Polish, but that in the HTML code of the pagehttps://subcarpathie antiimmigration.pl language is set as English (below the screen of the page source). So the viewer automatically translated "from English" to Polish, creating a curiosity effect.
Of course, there was no verification and contact with petitioners on our side – for which I am besides sorry.
Believe me, a public admission of mistake is difficult, but that's what among others. should separate us from those we fight.
