Belgian Ministry of Justice delivered The global Criminal Court records on 2 Israeli soldiers, suspected of committing war crimes, during the bloody liquidation of the ghetto in Gaza.
A breakthrough on genocide. The Belgian authorities referred the case to the global Criminal Court (ICC) of an investigation launched a fewer days ago in the case of 2 Israelis accused by a non-governmental organization of committing war crimes in the Gaza Strip, reported the national prosecutors on Wednesday 30 July.
Two judaic criminals from the Givati brigade were recognized by the propalaestine non-governmental organization Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) on 19 July at the Tomorrowland music festival in the town of Boom, close Antwerp. The announcement led to their arrest and interrogation by Belgian police. The Jews were then released, provided they remained in Belgium. The HRF organisation accuses them of actively participating in the pacification of the Gazan ghetto, peculiarly of torturing and utilizing civilians as live shields.
Interestingly, Jews were recognized by the recordings they themselves made with mobile phones to then throw them online as evidence of their “herohood” in the fight against civilians.
The Belgian national Prosecutor's Office informed that, after examining the notice, it would be transferred to the global Criminal Court in The Hague, knowing that this jurisdiction is investigating possible serious violations of global humanitarian law committed in the Palestinian territories. The prosecution stressed that the investigation would gotta establish the exact position of both Israelis during the alleged events.
The transfer to the ICC of a case initiated by the national Prosecutor's Office was carried out through the Belgian Ministry of Justice. "This is simply a step forward, not a conclusion" – wrote the HRF organisation, calling on the Hague Court to take immediate action against criminals.
The decision to detain and question 2 Israelis is based on an article in the Belgian Code of Criminal Procedure which entered into force last year. This article grants its courts jurisdiction over acts committed abroad that could possibly be governed by the global treaty, in this case the 1949 Geneva Conventions and the United Nations Convention on the Prohibition of Torture of 1984.
The Hind Rajab Foundation was founded to prosecute Israeli war criminals and bears the name of Palestinian 5-year-old Hind Rajab girl, who was murdered by Israeli business forces in January 2024 – along with members of her household and medical crew who attempted to save her. According to the authoritative results of the investigation, the judaic people took more than 30 shots towards the girl and her relatives.
The Foundation has already filed over 8,000 lawsuits against Israeli soldiers and officers, and is following their movements after the end of military service, especially during holidays in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
The judaic regime's authorities have not yet commented on the actions of the Belgian prosecution. Nevertheless, the Talmudic genocidal killers have been threatened by fear, as they begin to realize that beyond the borders of their disgusting judaic state, they are no longer completely safe. A small longer and they will be able to completely forget about abroad vacations, unless under changed individual data, as their perfect relatives of the Nazi swastika.
