Against whom?

And again, the next election took place at a tiny turnout. Smart people tell us who doesn't vote in elections, who has no influence on politics. The fact is, however, that the voters have no real influence either, as the choice is only possible from a narrow group of pre-established candidates. In fact, there were 2 and not due to their unique individual advantages or programs. They were simply exhibited by the dominant group in Poland, or PO-PiS.

The majority of people aged 60 and over were not voting. They remember the erstwhile elections, the debates and the promises, and what ended then. The glowing platform does not tend to keep election promises, but PiS frequently implements them, but is ugly, or at least effectively disgusted by propaganda.

Just 1 example. They shouted at erstwhile governments for actions on the border with Belarus. Then there was a change of government and what? Nothing, it's the same as it was. Good thing the fresh power besides defends the border, but it was expected to be different, more humane, without breaking human rights and conventions, blah, blah. Activists dealing with the rescue of those dying in the woods accused of erstwhile power hoped to vote for the PO, and are now inactive being prosecuted on the same absurd charges. Where did the promised access of journalists to the buffer region disappear? Nothing's changed. The fresh power did not liquidate the zones despite erstwhile condemnations, as Obama's time did not liquidate the Guantanamo prison.

What truly matters to politicians on both sides is clearly said by the media jump immediately after gaining power. For the predecessors, the situation was healthier due to the fact that the power had "public" media (as public are for apologizing any homes), while stations like TVN served Platform and fought PiS. Now they all service the PO, which means utilizing the language of the "democratic opposition", we have more pluralism.

Sławomir Mentzen proved to be a variety of elections, but he posed no threat to anyone, although as a presidential candidate he was no worse than leaders. This could be discussed for a long time, quoting the actions or statements of all three, but it doesn't make any sense at the moment, due to the fact that it did not go to the second circular due to the fact that it was meant to.

While I am beginning to compose this text, there is simply a debate of candidates who entered the second round. I do not follow her due to the fact that I do not think that the course of specified a debate is of any importance. possibly it will influence people's decisions about intelligence and memory of tadpoles. For everyone else, both of you are well-known and – what is more – they do not disagree as much as we are told.

Take Nawrocki's housing scandal. It clearly shows his wickedness and deficiency of principles. However, the people who want to point out the superiority of Trzaskovsky here are in large error. During the operation of the OP candidate, the Nawrocki scam is simply a tiny hut, due to the fact that the president of Warsaw has displaced full tenement houses with the blessing of various offices, including the preservation of monuments. He perfected the method of his predecessor HGW. It besides makes the full vicinity happy with questionable and unwanted investments, giving money to the chosen.

This is why the full PO is so pro-European, as large transnational bureaucratic billion-turning piers offer unprecedented opportunities to fatten at the expense of societies. Meanwhile, PiS focuses on old-fashioned methods, so it is easier to see and point out his scams and even to hold them accountable.

During the alleged pandemic, the EC president made a billion-dollar scam with Pfizer, she was not even decently interviewed, and now the gang members chose her for another term. PiS politicians, watch and learn how to gain without risk.

It is not worth exploring the candidates' views besides carefully. There are a fewer things that are basic. Firstly, Poland's security. And I don't mean the grotesque weapons that will drive the country into misery, giving in return an illusion of strength and a sense of doing something constructive.

The question of Ukraine's presence in the European Union and NATO is fundamental. While EU membership would only have been an instillment in the Union of corruption and theft on an even larger scale than before and a slap on the face of countries that, like Poland, had to meet stringent criteria, Ukraine's membership of NATO will be a major step towards planet War III.

European societies, and especially countries specified as Poland and the Baltic countries, have been cultivating hatred for Russia for years, so it was easy for them to convince that she was the aggressor and attacked peaceful Ukraine for no reason but due to the fact that she existed. This nonsense is repeated by educated people who seem reasonable. The real reason is the facts we must remember. The West concluded agreements and treaties with the russian Union, and then with Russia, which were then systematically broken.

There were Helsinki agreements and the OSCE Charter that no country or block can build its own safety at the expense of another country. These and another agreements have been disregarded by NATO countries systematically seeking to take over countries from Russia's surroundings under different conditions. They tell us that the West has greater rights due to its expected superiority, which is not known precisely what kind and source.

We accept without discussion that Western powers have the right to defend their own interests, frequently even on the another side of the planet distant from their borders. Meanwhile, we believe that Russia does not have specified a right and should look passively at NATO's actions right at its borders.

Imagine that the Warsaw Pact recruits Mexico and begins installing its military advisors and intelligence bases along the US border. What would the United States respond to in this situation? Let's review the Cuban crisis.

I propose reading the following post where I sketched the past of the war in Ukraine. It did not begin with a Russian peculiar operation. And there will be no peace there until the real causes of war are removed, and European instigators will not halt their actions.

Trump's expected leaving Europe without an American umbrella is simply a strong saying to European leaders: You want to proceed this war, do it on your own. The politics of the American deep state hidden behind puppet Joe Biden are over. Now only Europe is sustaining the war in Ukraine.

History of the war in Ukraine

The version told by mainstream media says the conflict started in February 2022 erstwhile Vladimir Putin woke up 1 morning and for no reason decided to invade Ukraine. Just Putin is simply a mad dictator evil to the bone, and for his whim he decided to let it go. The leader of the planet power is guided by...

In this situation, Rafał Trzaskowski's declarations of unchanging support for Ukraine's accession to NATO disqualify him as future president.

Such a policy brings on us the threat of atomic planet war, against which no comic defence of Poland can defend.

If there were not adequate arguments and he wanted more arguments, he should get acquainted with the answers of Mentzen's candidates for questions. A collection of questions is called the Mentzen 8 or the Toruń Declaration. Yes, again he, only he decided to ask questions of fundamental importance, forcing the others to respond to them. Here's the Declaration:

1. I'm not signing any bill, which raises existing taxes, contributions, fees or introduce fresh fiscal burdens.

2. I'm not signing any bill. limiting cash turnover and I will stand defender of Polish gold.

3. I'm not signing any law limiting freedom of expression, according to the Polish Constitution.

4. I won't let you. sending Polish soldiers to Ukraine.

5. I'm not signing the ratification bill. Ukraine's accession to NATO.

6. I'm not signing any bill. limiting Poles' access to weapons.

7. I won't accept transfer of any powers to the Republic of Poland Polish to bodies of the European Union.

8. I'm not signing. ratification of no fresh EU treaties weakening the function of Poland, e.g. by weakening the vote or taking distant the right of veto.

I have a question for readers, are you able to agree with the above points?

Trzaskovsky's reaction is significant. First of all, it is confusing to turn distant from giving clear answers and clearly defining its position. For example, he frequently says that there is no problem. In the case of questions about the European madness called the green order, Trzaskowski lies so that even the editor from the friendly TOK FM radio said that she missed the truth.

Karol Nawrocki signed the full eight-point declaration, while Trzaskowski agreed with many reservations with her 4 points, but did not sign them either. But he snorted carelessly and confessed to a close acquaintance with his duplicate brother Justyn Trudeau, a fellow of the WeF Young Leaders School. So far, he has carefully avoided this subject, so that it does not appear that he has a master another than Poland, whom he serves

Apparently, it's not actual that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is the boy of Fidel Castro. At least that's what all authoritative sources claim, going to the conclusion that despite its many not always authoritative and registered visits to Cuba and lonely trips with Fidel, Trudeau's parent was not a t...

This text was almost ready earlier, and the delayed publication stems from the desire to distance ourselves from fresh events, including by readers. It may be hard to convince supporters of various political options in Poland that their grouping is not so much different from the others as they would like. For example, that the "democratic opposition" does not ...

And an entry indicating what lies behind Trzaskowski's vague message on freedom of speech. The PO candidate replied to point 3 of the declaration that erstwhile it comes to the alleged hatred speech, it should be prohibited. Of course, what is specified a speech will be determined by power, that is, in fact, the end of freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech

Freedom of speech either is or is not. If we let it to be limited under the appearance of protecting someone's feelings, eliminating speech of hatred or limiting misinformation, we actually agree to destruct freedom of speech. Freedom of speech can't just be a little, in someone's permission, any authority or authority of scope. It doesn't matter, k...

I have written many times about the fundamental character of freedom of speech in the human and civilian rights system. So now, just for fun, let's look at Britain fighting actively with hatred speech.

I support freedom of speech, but not hatred speech.

I support physics, but not gravity.

As he reported Times Last month, the number of people arrested by the police for publishing online messages increased from 5502 in 2017 to 12183 in 2023. — which corresponds to about 33 a day. For comparison, 5229 people were arrested for fraud last year. But strangely enough, according to the Ministry of Justice, the number of people who actually face justice for these crimes is much smaller and decreased in the last decade.

In 2015, the number of people convicted of posting malicious messages online was 1983. By 2024, however, this number fell to 1160. Only 137 people received immediate prison sentences, most of which were shorter than 2 months. In another words, the number of people yet punished by the court for violations of free speech on the net has fallen by more than 40% in a decade.

What's going on? ...

In the vast majority of robberies, robberies and burglaries that police handled in 2024, the case was closed without identifying the fishy — it's a known communicative for anyone whose thief in a ski mask on a moped He stole the phone.. However, sending malicious online posts, especially from an account designated by the owner, is like giving a case to the police on a silver platter. No wonder about two-thirds of these crimes have a designated suspect.

Crimes investigated by police in 2024. From the top: malicious communications, burglaries, robberies, thefts

However, the rate of explaining these online cases is low. The charge rate for all crimes was about 8.8% in 2024; even in the case of home invasions is 6.7%. But only 2.5% of malicious communications crimes lead to charges, although police usually know precisely who did.

Why so low? any of these crimes are considered tiny adequate to resolve them by means of instruction and community resolutions; the data besides say that there may be “provided” reasons why cases should not be continued. However, more than 1 3rd of malicious communications crimes are closed due to the fact that the victim does not support any further action. In another words, officers spend time investigating these crimes, even erstwhile in many cases the victim refuses to press charges.
