Żurka Prosecutor's Office pursues border defenders

Persecuting border defenders before German troops dropped out of their homes became a fact. 44-year-old associate of the Border Defence Movement (ROG) He heard in the D.A.'s office, the charge of impersonating an officer (Article 227 k.k.). Authorities say that the man illegally inspected 2 foreigners on the border with Germany in June this year.

The territory Attorney's Office in Gorzów Wlkp has made a 44-year-old Rafał M. charge that on June 4, 2025, he controlled the legality of foreigners' residence in our country. The event took place on the border bridge in Słubice in the Lubuskie province, and the foreigners mentioned were citizens of Mozambique and Tajikistan. The D.A. claims that the man was doing activities related to the function of a Border defender officer, although he was not.

Interviewed a fewer days ago as a suspect, a 44-year-old did not admit to committing the alleged act and exercised the right to refuse to answer the questions of the prosecutor. He has not yet been prosecuted, is unemployed and maintains himself on a casual basis.

In the eyes of many commentators, this is the revenge of the ruling camp on volunteers, who exposed the evil plan to flood Poland with refugees from the "third world".
