Prosecutors effort to intimidate organizers and participants of the judaic Conference
The echoes of the Postwar judaic Conference do not silence. The event can be considered – despite any shortcomings – to be full successful: Despite the blockade of the collection to organize the event first on == sync, corrected by elderman ==, later on I'm helping.We have managed to rise more than 100% of our resources. The hall was filled from the beginning of the conference (i.e. from 10:00 a.m.) until the end of the conference after 6:00 p.m., and despite the prevailing heat. We played on the nose of the judaic and Sabesgoan environments, which only waited to uncover the location of the event, to torment and torment the object's manager, to scare the consequences of day and night, and to origin guilt and shame. Despite hiding the address, the rulers of fact and cognition did not resent this fact and, as I wrote, filled and even overflowed the room. On the site there was a protection that effectively cooled down the enthusiasm of possible provokers – at the entrance each associate was carefully checked, along with the contents of bags and backpacks. Speakers' lectures were prepared with large attention to details, in a thoughtful and interesting way. And those who couldn't be there with us could watch the full conference online.

And that's what led to the outbreak of hatred – since we couldn't get tired ante facto, then you should do it post factum.
The consequence of this rage is simply a prosecutorial investigation into an action under Article 257 [an assault due to xenophobia, racism or spiritual intolerance]:
‘He who publically insults a group of the population or individual due to its national, ethnic, racial, spiritual or due to its undenominationality or for specified reasons violates the physical integrity of another individual shall be punished with imprisonment until the age of 3.’
Surprising is the entity that felt affected by our conference – namely the Property Management Plant in the Śródmieście territory of Warsaw. Is it inactive “their quarry”? :)
I encourage you to read the contents of the letter and to pay close attention to all questions asked by your prosecutor. Below I present my answers to this curiosum.
Mr. Prosecutor,
I do not hide that I am amazed and afraid about the initiated investigation into an open and legally conducted technological conference, involving many prominent figures from the planet of science. specified measures should not, in my opinion, be a standard in a democratic state where tolerance and pluralism change through all cases.
Second, the basis for specified actions should not be the behaviour of a group of hysterics who, on the word “Jews” themselves, pay attention, and each “unauthorized” dealing with the subject of Polish-Jewish relations – or more broadly: judaic issue – treat a priori as ‘anti-Semitic’, ‘invaluable’ etc.
However, with respect to respect for the law, I present the answers to the following questions:
- We don't have any recordings. in a form another than those published publically on the website, as we do not own them. The recordings were made by an external entity, independent of the Magna Polonia Foundation.

(at the bottom of the page). - It would be a large mistake for the organiser to ask for conspects of lectures of highly regarded experts in the field of history, authors of many recognized books, specified as Leszek Żebrowski or Dr Jerzy Robert Nowak. For this reason, while we are convinced of the advanced professionalism of each of the lectures and the above-average cognition of speakers, we do not have specified aspects.
On the another hand, the full was recorded and posted online – I encourage you to perceive to each of the lectures. I'm certain Mr. Prosecutor himself will come to the conclusion that the level of substantive talk was very high. - As above, each talker prepared himself, utilizing his own origin base (books and another materials).
- The list of participants was not drawn up. This question has caused serious concern in our Foundation. For what intent would the prosecution have a list of participants in a legally held conference? Should citizens of the Republic be afraid to participate – even in the function of passive audience – in events which hysterical environments find controversial? It is worth noting that respective 1000 people who watched our conference online are besides among the participants.
Participation in the conference did not require an invitation or payment of a fee. The event was open to all curious parties. The only condition for participation was to undergo safety checks at the entrance (personal review and baggage checking) to defend participants.
Objective of the conference was not, as any would wish, to sow hatred or insult anyone—for whatever reason. Our intention was reflection on historical, social and cultural problems, applicable to public policy and national identity.
The Foundation acts in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland – in peculiar with:
- 54 (freedom of expression),
- 73 (freedom of research),
- 25(2) (unbiased public authorities in worldview and spiritual matters)
and on the basis of a statute which clearly defines the objectives of our activities, including: - Point 11: Education of the Polish people in the field of history, relations with another peoples, the current situation of Poland,
- point 12: Defending the good name of Poland, the Catholic Church and Poles – both in Poland and abroad.
The conference began with a prayer for those Jews who are in the darkness of racism, xenophobia and contempt for others. (These trends have late emerged during the Palestinian-Israel conflict, during which Palestinians were compared to worms, by advanced government officials of Israel). Prayer for erring and lost is 1 of the highest acts of Christian mercy and a determinant of our civilization—a civilization in which all man is simply a neighbor, and mercy should be especially applicable to those who request it most.
All lectures were held in a spirit of respect – not only for the facts, but besides for cultural diversity. Nevertheless, this respect cannot mean giving up the fact automatically simply due to the fact that individual may feel offended. It is clear that fact can be uncomfortable – and so it can be simply undesirable. Pluralism and historical investigation do not trust on unreflexive praise of another nations, nor on portraying them in the superlatives themselves. This would be propaganda, not a reliable survey of past and unfortunately specified propaganda b. is frequently cultivated in the context of the judaic theme.
Once again, I encourage the prosecutor to look at all the material from the conference. I am convinced that the feelings of a certain group of people arise not from the content of the event, but from the fact that the judaic subject was addressed by people who were “unqualified.”
Let me conclude by asking the question:
Did those who allegedly felt insulted indicate specifically which part of the conference offended them? Is there at least 1 passage of the speech given by any of the speakers?

The Polish nation was, is and will always stay the only rightful host of the Republic. Therefore, our tradition, culture, language and Catholic religion should hold a privileged position in the public and national life of Poland.
History, a teacher of the lives of nations, cannot be subjected to politically correct modifications, silences, nor can it be a tool for the interests of abroad forces to the spirit and identity of our nation. Historical investigation must stay free from any ideological or political restrictions.
Both interior and abroad policies should be based on the fundamental value of fact – and the constant pursuit of its discovery and preaching.
Every man has the inalienable right to search out and express nonsubjective historical fact and to present the conclusions that come to him. Any effort to persecute him for these actions is simply a manifestation of totalitarianism and should be pursued firmly in accordance with the applicable law.
We do not agree to the usage of censorship, and especially preventive censorship, which is intended to block any “unauthorized” investigation into judaic past and Polish-Jewish relations.
Especially now, erstwhile even the institutions of the Polish State in a shameful way practice the alleged pedagogy of shame, unwarrantedly assigning to our nation the full panoptikum of aberration and morally reprehensible behavior, it is the work of each of us to publically defraud this farisian narrative. No 1 can fire us!
We call on everyone for whom fact is not an empty slogan but an crucial value to sign this resolution. Remember, present the alleged "radicals" are being repressed, and next day the "moderate" will come. Only a common and determined attitude can halt this dangerous march towards fresh totalitarianism.
