Ladies and gentlemen,
The Obrona Narodowa.pl editorial website noted that on the KPRM website there was information that the list of legislative and programming works of the Council of Ministers contained the amendment of the Emergency Management Act in the context of implementation of solutions providing the basis for hazard management resulting from the directive. The Union civilian Protection mechanics and, on the another hand, results from the implementation of Directive (EU) 2022/2557 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on the resilience of critical entities and repealing commonly referred to as ‘CER Directive’.
The hazard management request will be consumed in the form of a central government document, the alleged National hazard Assessment, which will replace the current National safety hazard Report.
The National hazard Assessment – in the area of civilian planning – will be utilized to make the National Crisis Management Plan and crisis management plans of ministers, central government managers, voivodes, as well as crisis management plans at region and municipality level.
On the another hand, the second point concerns the "redefinition of critical infrastructure regulation, which is essential for the provision of key services by critical entities treated by CERs. In particular, the coherence of existing critical infrastructure systems with the sectors and subsectors referred to in the Directive should be ensured."

We congratulate the current RCB leadership on introducing these changes to the government's work, as they were previously proposed despite repeated attempts to stop.
