Prof. Zbigniew Żmigrodzki is dead

At the very end of last year he died at the age of 93 Prof. hab. Zbigniew Żmigrodki. In the past, he was a publicist of “Polish Thought” (permanent column “In light and in shadow”).

He graduated from the 1952 Polish Jagiellonian University philology. Librarian and librarian, worker of the Regional Public Library in Częstochowa (1953–1958) and the Main Library of Częstochowa University of Technology. He was besides a investigator at the University of Silesia, the Polish Academy in Częstochowa and the advanced Silesian School of Economics. From 1956 to 1974, he collaborated with the “Popular Week” and the Catholic Intelligence Clubs.

The Patriot of heart and reason wrote to a number of socio-patriotic writings, including “Our Poland”, “Niedziela”, “Home” or our writing, “Polish Thought”. He published his books primarily in the Endek publishing home “Nortom”. He was the author of, among others, “Meandry of fresh faith, i.e. the invasion of Catholicism”, “Plaga III of the Republic of Poland”, “Illusions and Facts”, “State of 1 party”, “Anti-National Action” or “Ku of full power”. Together with Jadwiga Witek he wrote “Political correctness in the 3rd Republic”.
