Prof. Gersdorf: Duda and Manowska should be put in front of the TS and neojudges should not receive a salary

Former First president of the ultimate Court of Margaret Gersdorf in an interview on Polsat News gives opinions on the Court of State for president Andrzej Duda and his successor, justice Małgorzata Manowska.

Professor Margaret Gersdorf, erstwhile First president of the ultimate Court, returned for a minute to public space due to an interview for Polsat News. Successor criticism

In an interview with Polsat News, prof. Gersdorf besides commented on the current First president of the ultimate Court, justice Margaret Manowska. Controversy around the neo-KRS and the Przyłębska Tribunal

In an interview, prof. Gersdorf besides raised issues related to the neoKRS and the Przyłębska Tribunal.
