Progress with regression

I am absolutely certain that each of you has heard the words "progress" and "new" in fresh times. You can't miss them, due to the fact that all technology corp defines its products.

Yet it is, as well as many things in the present world, a lie, YeahThe present planet is based on a lie.

Imagine this greedy man coming over the greedy, the philthy rich Tim Apple, and I want you to buy a fresh iPhone. What is his argument? Why should you buy it?

Because it's new.

Because you can't have an old model.

Why?

Because he has a 100 gigapixels in his camera.

What's this for? Most people don't request specified advanced resolution, but it's disturbing, due to the fact that to send a image like this in e-mail, you gotta reduce it anyway. And how large the surveillance footage are! Oh ho ho! It's already in gigabytes going for a fewer seconds clips!

Anyway, no more babbling about the cult phones of rotten apples.

Time to cut to the chase.

What is called advancement is actually regression, or the other of progress.

This is the case in all areas, but in technology it is most visible.

In the nineties, there was a DOS, or black console, into which text commands were entered, and a text answer was received.

Then came UI - the user interface, or "interference" (as he called it). From now on, the user did not gotta remember and enter commands, but could graphically click buttons to accomplish his evil intentions.

And now, with artificial intelligence, he returns DOS, but in the version that spies on you, and lies to you.

Because that's the truth: you gotta pat on the console everywhere again. alternatively of clicking the button you gotta compose this artificial command devil.

That's not progress. This is simply a regression. This is back to 40 years ago, only a 100 times worse.

Another crucial example is computer mice.

Once the mouse was wired, and had a ellipse on the bottom, which this ellipse had to be cleaned all 2 weeks, meaning it needed care, maintenance (maintenance is simply a better word).

Then they figured that alternatively of the wheels they'd give the laser, and this wired mouse with the laser doesn't require any more maintenance, you don't gotta worry about it at all.

Now what russ they've come up with to make all mice wireless.

I see only 1 sensible usage for wireless mice.

When a school teacher has to stand up adequate to see if the students are working, and he wants to show things on the board.

But for God's sake! erstwhile the mouse stands right next to the computer, what kind of russ is it expected to be wireless for!?

A wireless mouse like this must be loaded erstwhile not used, therefore bringing back the maintenance problem. I personally wouldn't want to remember that.

And even worse is what they did to you. purely evil Greedy cultivists of rotten apples: they placed a charging port at the origin of this mouse. So, convoluted teenager, you can't usage your own fans wireless mouse while loading. due to the fact that Tim the mediate finger shows you, and you're paying him for it.

These are just 2 examples, but there's more. The word "new" does not mean "better" today.

Do not buy fresh lines of equipment unless they have any good qualities.

Do not update the strategy if the fresh version does not benefit you.

Do not update to Windows 11. Do not update to Win 12 (which is expected to be so packed with artificial intelligence that only escape remains).

Don't run to Linux. eitherBecause Linux's biggest distribution goes into akin things.

Think, usage your brains.

Have a good day.
