On Tuesday, PiS MP Krzysztof Szczucki heard allegations of irregularities at the Government Legislative Centre (RCL), which he headed from 2022 to 2023. The territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw has presented him with allegations of overexecution and misconduct, for which he is facing 10 years imprisonment. Szczucki did not plead guilty and refused to testify, but applied for a look at the case file.
