Politicians from the Law and Justice Group are increasingly afraid about the anticipation of arresting Jarosław Kaczyński after the intervention of the interior safety Agency towards the Sovereign Poland.
On Tuesday, on the orders of prosecutors investigating the usage of funds from the Justice Fund in various parts of the country, searches were carried out, including at the home of erstwhile Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobra.
The fact that law enforcement took action against politicians was expected to impress members of Law and Justice.
"Politicians of the largest opposition organization anticipate Tuesday and Wednesday searches and detentions to be only the beginning. The PiS besides began to take into account the script in which Zbigniew Ziobry could be detained, but the president Jarosław Kaczyński himself, looking for an excuse to waive his immunity.” – describes Onet.
Members of the Law and Justice organization note that the services are presently conducting searches in the homes of the sovereign politicians of Poland and recalling the fresh situation erstwhile erstwhile ministers Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik were escorted in handcuffs.

"Although no 1 in Kaczyński's organization took any specified script into account after October 15, 2023, and the concerns that both erstwhile ministers of the service were to study in November were treated as a bad joke. Today, the option with actions towards Jarosław Kaczyński is to be analysed seriously," Onet says.
Jarosław Kaczyński personally does not feel threatened by this scenario.
– I think I will be [on the freedom – ed.], but as for others, but not from my party, I am not so certain that they will surely spend their lives on the free. Although it is simply a substance of years – said late during a Wednesday interview for Radio Plus.
During the same interview Kaczyński announced that Donald Tusk should be deprived of his freedom. The president of the Law and Justice organization suggests that Tusk would be facing up to 10 years to life.
