Hungarian president Katalin Novak shortened her authoritative visit to Qatar (Dosze), returned to the country to announce in a tv speech that he was resigning.

The decision relates to a wave of social discontent and protests, after the daylight has seen the case of pardoning the erstwhile Vice chief of the kid home in Bicske sentenced for 3 years and 4 months for helping cover up the crimes of her boss' pedophilia.
‘I made a mistake. present is the last day I address you as President," she said in her last speech to Katalin Novak, the Hungarian President.

The erstwhile Minister of Justice, chair of the EU committee and the Fidesz “locomotive” in the EP elections Judit Varga, has besides resigned from all duties.
As a minister, she signed a motion for pardon to president Novák.

Resignation of office in Treasury companies and membership of the supervisory board of MBH Bank Nyrt, which is partially owned by the State, was besides filed by erstwhile husband Judit Vargi, erstwhile Minister of Justice Péter Magyar. As he pointed out (without sparing dense charges) “The reasons for my resignation are not professional.” A question arises about his political ambitions.

Is there a second bottom and what is the real origin of these resignations will show time.

It is worth remembering that in the early stages of the ruling scandals and the media considered to be government officials have convinced that there have been no irregularities and that the president has been assisted.

At the same time (as reported by opposition portals) a government-related investigation centre recognized the social impact of the scandal. It most likely turned out that the issue was not only of interest (the mainstream media reported in a flash), but besides outrage among Hungarians. Therefore, it should be considered that on 8 February, Prime Minister Orbán announced the introduction to Parliament of a draft amendment of the basic law, which would prevent the individual convicted of pedophilia from being pardoned in the future, which was read as a clear signal that Orban no longer supports, which is further cut off from the President, and she herself became a burden. At this stage, the pro-government poller examines Hungary's opinion on the subject of a possible successor – indicating the current head of the MON.
