Lublin criminals want to remove a 27-year-old Ukrainian citizen from Poland and turn over the case to the local Border Guard. Police associate his erstwhile listings with, among others, a criminal group, fraud, money laundering and alcohol riding. The man besides includes 2 driving bans. The decision now belongs to the competent authorities.

The motion went to the Border Guard.

The Lublin police asked border officers to expel a man from the country. As shown by Police communication, it is simply a 27-year-old Ukrainian citizen who was to violate the Polish legal order repeatedly. The nationality of the man was given by the service and is part of this peculiar case. It is not a basis for judging the full community.

The police list is serious. The 27-year-old service records cases involving a criminal group, legalising money from crime, fraud, and driving a car after alcohol. He is subject to 2 bans on driving, and the police besides mention many offences. The Communication does not specify which proceedings have ended with final judgments and so it is not allowed to add the position of convicted for all the acts mentioned.

Conclusion is not yet enforced

At this stage, police have applied for expulsion. This means launching the procedure, not informing that the foreigner has already left Poland. The communication shall not state the date of the decision or any further measures taken against the 27-year-old. specified a discrimination is important. The State is to act firmly but besides in accordance with the procedure.

In akin cases, it is crucial to cooperate effectively with the police and Border Guard. The portal has already described cases of foreigners expelled after violation of Polish lawand scale of return decisions. Each case needs a separate assessment, but the regulation should be clear: the guest in Poland respects Polish law.

Security of Poles requires enforcement

Security in the streets and the credibility of the state are at stake. 2 driving bans and information about driving after alcohol show that permissiveness can mean a real hazard to random people. If the authorities confirm the grounds for the foreigner's work to leave the country, the decision should be made without any protracted effect.

A tough country doesn't justice a man by a passport. He evaluates his actions and enforces his own regulations. This is what Poles have the right to expect: a fast reaction to a individual who persistently disregards the legal order, while maintaining the presumption of innocence wherever there is no final sentence.
