Security services, including police counter-terrorists, conducted a dangerous-looking intervention in the Warsaw territory of Bielany. The man locked himself in 1 of the apartments on Kochanowskiego Street, which forced immediate action on the services. After a fewer hours of negotiations, the servants were forced to enter the apartment, which occurred around 22 p.m.

Police received a study on Tuesday, around 4:00 p.m., as reported by Deputy Inspector Elwira Kozłowski of the Warsaw V territory Police Command. The servants entered the flat to end a dangerous situation.
The man was violent and dangerous for hours. According to the reporter, he waved a weaponlike object, aimed it at passersby, and besides shouted and went out to the balcony, from where he threw various items. "The man fired 1 shot at the negotiators and threw various objects at them," said Adam Słowik, witness to the incident.
Evacuation and disturbance
As a consequence of this intervention, Galla Anonyma street was closed. Warsaw Public Transport reported changes in the moving of the buses of line 103, which due to the blockade were directed to detours. Police and fire department secured the area, trying to minimize the hazard to the surrounding residents.
