Poles defending UPA present are traitors of their homeland

The man was born on February 5, 1904 in the village of Huta Brzuska (province of industry). During the war, he worked with the guerrillas. The minute he came to fight for biological endurance for himself and his family, he was the father of six children. He became a associate of the ORMO. This formation only later gained bad fame. At the time, in 1945, it was established in the Brzuzska Huta from the bottom up, at the initiative of the local residents, in order to prevent robberies of the UPA bands.

On October 28, 1945, while moving his household from the areas of Ukrainian bandits' activity to a safe place, on the bridge at Babice's gathering, the wagon stopped 2 UPA members. Francis was abducted into the woods and his wife was beaten. As a consequence of the beating, the female began to be severely sick and died in August 1949. The remaining detainees were released slowly.

According to the information the household reached, Franciszek Kijanka was tortured a long time: his genitals were cut off, his eyes were torn out and his tongue was cut out.
