We would like to thank the representatives of the NIK for inviting us to meet in consequence to a request signed by Ewa Zajączkowska and Sławomir Mentzen to carry out inspections in respective institutions, which are liable for negligence, communication errors and omissions, which have translated into the tragic consequences of September events in confederate Poland. We are glad that our observations have been met with large knowing and serious reception from the NIK. We are waiting for the decision to be made on the entities we have indicated.
The state failed again. The state was not prepared. The State does not have adequate procedures to aid deal with the crisis more efficiently and effectively. Someone's responsible, individual has failed to do their duty, individual has made mistakes. We want to know who it was, where these mistakes were made, and above all what to do so that they would not happen again.
