Loss of power always leads to a crisis in the erstwhile ruling organization and very frequently to at least a partial breakdown. Law and Justice has been through specified crises many timesEven though the authorities only lost twice. The worst was between 2010 and 2012, erstwhile many well-known politicians left the Law and Justice to establish separate formations. In specified conditions, “Poland Is the Most Important” was first created, headed by Joanna Kluzik-Rostkowska, supported by Marek Migalski and 2 erstwhile spin doctors of the Law and Justice: Adam Bielan and Michał Kamiński.
Two years later, “Solidarna Polska” by Zbigniew Ziobry was broken off from the Law and its members included Jacek Kurski, Tadeusz Cymański and Beata Kemp. In 2023, the PiS theoretically won the election, but lost power and the erosion process in the organization repeats itself, although not on the scale we know from the past. For now, Paweł Kukiz has disengaged from the PiS Membership Club, which is not a surprise. A small more confusion was caused by Jan Krzysztof Ardanowski, who announced the creation of his own party, but yet convinced only himself and mentioned Kukiz to do so. These are not besides severe losses, but the problem of the Law and Justice organization is that it constantly boils at the highest levels.
The detention of Kamiński and Wąsik for a minute put out the conflicts started by the people of Ziobra and Morawiecki, but the dispute broke out again after the affair with the “Fund of Justice. This is even worse in the regions, which is an example of a real war in the Małopolskie PiS structures. Then Jarosław Kaczyński was forced to accept a compromise candidate for the position. It is the aftermath of the Kraków conflict and organization rumors that president Jarosław Kaczyński is charging Beata Szydło for what is happening in the Lesser Poland structures. The atmosphere is so hot that almost all organization dirt is being laundered publicly, and Szydło herself straight complains to her colleagues.

Surely all acids and disputes are a gift to the largest ruling party, which is trying to bring down the Law and Justice. Furthermore, the PiS chose the worst possible minute to argue, due to the fact that in a minute it will be essential to identify the presidential candidate and stand behind him with 1 large organization wall. They say Jarosław Kaczyński can play organization chess, but he hasn't been doing very well lately. Not only did Łukasz Kmita, who was married to the president, lose the elections in the Seymik, but politicians promoted by Jarosław Kaczyński did not get the seats of MEPs. The president himself and the leadership of the Law and Justice Service have 3 months, tops, to clear all cases and take care of the presidential campaign, if they don't, the candidate KO will win the presidential election.
