39-year-old alleged "war refugee" from Ukraine was deported to his country after driving under the influence of alcohol under the current in Rybnik's center. He had almost 4 proms of alcohol in his blood. He had already received a judicial ban on driving.
A drunk Ukrainian was driving in Rybnik. The incidental occurred on Thursday, June 26, on Chrobry Street in Rybnik.
