39-year-old alleged "war refugee" from Ukraine was deported to his country after driving under the influence of alcohol under the current in Rybnik's center. He had almost 4 proms of alcohol in his blood. He had already received a judicial ban on driving.
A drunk Ukrainian was driving in Rybnik. The incidental occurred on Thursday, June 26, on Chrobry Street in Rybnik. As reported by the service, the 39-year-old led the oblique, driving the full width of the roadway and “up against the current” towards Kościuszko Street. The “war refugee” was stopped due to the reaction of a witness who called the police, seeing a vehicle rolling around, moving on the other lane of traffic. After fast intervention, the disgusting Ukrainian fell into the hands of the Border defender and was deported from Poland.
Earlier, however, the police conducted a sobriety test with a breathalyzer, which showed that the man had nearly 4 promes of alcohol in the body. “The witness’s follow-up is part of the “You don’t respond – you accept” campaign, possibly preventing the tragedy that an irresponsible leader might have caused. – stressed the police in official communication.
Interestingly, the information disclosed by the police shows that the same “refugee” in the draft age from Ukraine was detained on 19 June in Czerwionka-Leszczyny. Then he besides drove the vehicle despite the ban and with almost identical levels of alcohol in the body. Thus, it was not a one-time incident, but another case of breaking regulations and playing on the nose of Polish services.
Apparently, the service had had adequate of a disgusting Ukrainian. That's why he was handed over to Border defender officers. These in turn decided to expel him from Poland. He is presently facing a conviction of up to 5 years in prison for crimes committed. However, this judgement will be passed in the close future. And well, we won't gotta keep this individual in our prison. Who knows – possibly in a minute he will even gain an chance to ride a van to the front, within the Ukrainian army?
We besides recommend: Poles rebelled against the Tusk government. It's the border with Germany.
