Each user of a facebuk and another ix should care, but the "electoral silence" is the most important!

In all this electoral confusion, a unusual coincidence, the fact of a public breach of the Electoral Code points no longer bothers anyone. For example, conducting an electoral run before the authoritative announcement of the election date, for a failure called the "pre-campania", exceeding the limits of spending on the election campaign, unclear settlement of electoral advertisements on social networks, or yet scams related to signatures in the support lists. In most cases, candidates and election committees are unpunished. Hurt the soul, hell is gone. These facts in the media “it is not good to talk about it” by quoting a classic. But we will hear with seriousness that we must stay silent.

Thus the "electoral silence" which de facto does not function, due to the fact that it is archaism for today's digitized times, is treated by the media "sew" and specialists as revealed truth. An exceptional, unique period of waiting for the beginning of polling venues where you can't even "slap" on your favourite candidate. Serious violations by election committees, unequal treatment of candidates is nothing special. A tiny substance that is not worth dealing with and publicising in comparison with the powerful "election silence". Electoral silence should be a bust!
