Photographeren verboten

Today, my dear Improprietaries, an interesting law enters into force. Most of you have most likely heard about it and possibly even commented.
It is simply a ban on shooting strategical objects and essential to safety infrastructure. And possibly it wouldn't be stupid, but... As a citizen of the Tricity, I announcement an interesting correlation. Well, the favourite place to photograph are in Gdynia both the station (though by its alternatively unique architecture) and the port. I will not mention the places where there are remnants of military units from the times of the Polish People's Republic (Orlowski Cliff). I'm proud, anyway. Will the bodnarists make special-units whose goal is only to prosecute unconscious lemmings visiting the Tricity? You see, the game is worth a candle, due to the fact that the minimum punishment for specified indifference was set at the ceiling of PLN 5000, the upper, somewhere around PLN 50000.
Comparing these tickets to a traffic cab driver, you gotta admit, they're impressive. The ticket itself, that's how you say colloquially "pookie." In addition, there are additional sanctions in the form of a judicial process and additional penalties (e.g. imprisonment). That's what the squad did. I think that the upcoming holiday-vacation period will be "rich" in unusual service activities. I even feel a small sorry for those who come by to take a household photo.
The second aspect is ubiquitous cameras/recorders in cars. Turns out the driver driving in the area covered by this ban MUST disable the camera. So looking at this from a applicable point of view, just beyond this area, we can anticipate an "sudden" control, e.g. the Police, or possibly the Military Police. I have absolutely no thought how to enforce this. We go back to laws that erstwhile existed, but they were part of a decently passed era. Now this law is being restored, and I think to myself: in Google Maps, satellites, streaming from unusual places, urbex, etc., these objects that may be interesting to a possible enemy are long known.
In my humble opinion, this is just another sanction against citizens who, as we know, do not follow legislative processes, blindly believing the smiling power.
And again, it'll be like in Stanislaw Bareja's comedies, "And if the parent came through..."

Greetings.
Kasheba
