Krzysztof Bosak:
"Today with Dobromir Sośnier we want to comment on the European Union's adoption of the migration pact. No surprise. Of course, we justice this very negative. We believe that the migration and asylum pact prepared by the European Union will have a negative impact on migration issues and on the safety of Europeans. If a phenomenon wants to fight itself, like illegal immigration, it seals the border, not this illegal immigration institutionalises and forces associate States to fund it.
The Pact on Migration and Asylum is nothing more than a deficiency of competence in this area by associate States without a Treaty basis. The European Union goes beyond its competence one more time on another matter. erstwhile again, Poles are deceived!
Let us remind that, erstwhile we entered the European Union, it was said that migration issues would be solely the work of the associate States. This is another substance alongside energy and many others, which proved simply a simple lie.
The migration and asylum pact will besides harm associate States' securitybecause it does not solve the problem of illegal migration in any way. This is not my assessment, it is the evaluation of the current Polish Ambassador to the European Union, connected with the current Government of the Civic Platform. He said that about a week ago on the Committee on abroad Affairs.
The Polish government announces that it will effort to change these regulations. Unfortunately, the tragedy is that the Pact on Migration and Asylum has just become a law. On the another hand, Polish proposals – late, which should have been tabled a fewer years ago, erstwhile the debate continued erstwhile the Law and Justice Office ruled – are only diplomatic proposals about which Poland is trying to initiate a discussion in the European Union.
We besides see on this occasion the alleged influence of Prime Minister Donald Tusk on the European Union.. This was presented to us in specified a way that the Law and Justice organization is an anti-EU party, so that nothing can be done, and Donald Tusk has large contacts in Brussels, and he will have an influence on it. We see that, unfortunately, it is the opposite! The influence of Donald Tusk's government on what is happening in the European Union is almost nothing. The Law and Justice have lost various votes in the European Union alone, and so have they in loneliness Poland and Hungary lost the vote on the Pact on Migration and Asylum.
On the another hand, it is worth noting that the vote of this package by a double majority created by the Treaty of Lisbon is, of course, illegal in our assessment, due to the fact that it goes beyond the Treaty matter, for which we have delegated competence. It should be unanimous, if at all specified provisions. There should be a right of veto and this should be the basis for the urgent appeal of this package to the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Of course, When it comes to this complaint, we are skeptical.because we know how the Court of Justice of the European Union rules. It is not designed to be against the Eurocrats, but this procedure should be launched.
What are Prime Minister Tusk's announcements now worth? unusual words about Poland inactive benefit from this. It's hard to tell how. It seems that we are just dealing with any public appeal before the Euro-election. specified forces, which belong to these mainstream parties, know that Europeans are increasingly afraid of multiculturalism, the flood of illegal migration, the failure of safety in their communities, in their cities – and are trying to say the same thing as those who truly care about Europe's future. But that's just talk. Unfortunately, there is nothing concrete about this talk, and at the minute the Polish State is facing a situation where, if we do not want to accept an illegal immigrant whom the European Commission will send us, we will gotta pay EUR 20,000 a year! So, the horrendous money, in exchange for what? For deciding who's even here in our country.
