On Monday, the State Election Commission officially confirmed the election of Karol Nawrocki as president of the Republic of Poland. On Wednesday at the Royal Castle there will be a ceremony of awarding a certificate of selection, starting at 5:30 p.m.
“Inner wars are unnecessary”
In the program ‘Trit’ Virtual Polish MP Urszula Pasławska stressed that cooperation between the government of Donald Tusk and the fresh president is crucial.
– I believe that cooperation is absolutely necessary. There is simply a pact to be made, to find what is possible and, alternatively of focusing on how hard it is for us to work together, to start this cooperation under conditions that we will find ourselves “Pasławska said.
She besides added that in the current global situation Poland cannot afford interior conflicts.
– We are in a very hard geopolitical situation, and we are in a situation where Europe is in a customs war with the United States. As a result, interior wars are useless to us, and fighting Nawrock is fighting people. People voted for him, people gave him a ticket, and you gotta respect that result. – she noted.
New President's Office
