I present to you the third, very crucial article by Roman Dmowski on the Ukrainian issue published in the Vilnius diary in 1931, almost a 100 years ago. He discusses Ukraine's function in German politics. It is an article ominous and prophetic. His message is inactive valid. Roman Dmowski in his article asked a very crucial question:
The question now is why Germany, without the Russian population in its country, took up this issue so vividly. About 20 million Ukrainians have left their country forever. Let me remind you that before the outbreak of the conflict with Russia, Ukraine had about 45 million people. The reconstruction of Ukraine is simply a dream. This country, de facto, ceased to exist, was annihilated. Poles took 80 years of hard work to recover from the demolition of planet War II. The consequences of this war are inactive visible to the bare eye. If Poles let themselves to be drawn into conflict in Ukraine, we will face the same destiny as Ukrainians.
