Reform of spelling - without legal force

maciejsynak.blogspot.com 3 weeks ago

I mention to media reports and the improvement itself.

When I write:
- fresh rules - I mean those that are in reform
- rules - the existing rules

I use:

"Polish spelling and punctuation dictionary"
under the supervision of Prof. Mieczysław Szymczak - Publishing home PWN, 1975
[to be submitted in January 1974, signed for print in April 1975, print completed in May 1975]

The dictionary contains 892 pages, describing chapters about spelling and punctuation of Polish occupy more than 180 pages - so, the rules themselves could be a separate book.

In addition - at the end of the post I post 10 pages from this dictionary.

I started writing on January 8th, hence any repetitions in the text
"compensation" status..

Communication from the Polish Language Council to the Polish Academy of Sciences Bureau

of 10 May 2024

I

The Council of the Polish Language to the Bureau of the Polish Academy of Sciences announces that at its meetings on 7 November 2022, 3 February 2023 and 22 January 2024, it passed amendments to the rules of orthography (with effect from 1 January 2026), the list of which is given in Appendix 1.

The Council considered that the introduction of these amendments, which concern only conventional spelling rules, would benefit by simplification and harmonisation a description of the different groups of terms and connections, the elimination of exceptions, and the elimination of rules which are problematic for different reasons, e.g. requires the author to analyse the meaning of the text besides detailed. This will aid reduce the number of language errors and - Maybe. – it will let the author to focus on another than orthographic aspects of the correctness of the text. The Council points out that most of the changes introduced have been proposed many years ago, but for a variety of reasons they have not been able to give effect to them.

In order to give all persons and institutions, in peculiar publishers, authors of dictionaries and school programmes, time to prepare for the fresh situation, the Council decided that the amendments adopted would apply from 1 January 2026.

It should be recalled that the powers of the Council of Polish Language to find the principles of orthography and punctuation are confirmed in Article 13(1) of the Act of 7 October 1999 on Polish language (with late amendments) and there is no another institution or institution that has specified competence.

But is the Silesian bustle a language or not, whether the snow is white or black, then the Sejm can find itself - it is in his competence?

II
[...]

The Council is convinced that specified a planned action will lead to the resumption of the continuity of Polish orthographic codification, interrupted in 1963, and this will be the fulfillment of demands from various backgrounds, not only linguistics.

Why orthography reform?
Is the Polish spelling:

"requires from the author besides detailed analysis of the meaning of the text" ? ?

In my opinion, the change is absurd - something that functioned almost 90 years abruptly turned out: Go to the basket!Very unusual treatment - state institutions "improve" Polish in the era of demolition of education and Polish language.
Instead of whipping editors for their pronunciation, improper emphasis, many typos and regular gibberish - and frequently in a written word - the Council lowers the criteria...

We see a decline in the quality of education at the level of universal education, i.e. primary and secondary schools. And the results of this will shortly be at higher education level. Generally, the tendency is that graduates of secondary schools do not have the kind of information and general cognition that all postgraduate who erstwhile completed his way at the general school with a advanced school degree, a maturity exam, held.

We are dealing with graduates of general schools who unfortunately have large deficits of general knowledge, general knowledge, and it will be even worse," said Dr. Tomasz Romankowski, an unattached MP, erstwhile Deputy Minister of Education and Science, in the broadcast “News of the Day” on Radio Maryja.

Lubu-dubu, lubu, dubu - can be anyway, and so... and what about the Polish language in 2026? Changes in Polish orthography are commented by Prof. Jarosław Liberek from the Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology UAM:
Will these changes become common among Poles?
- It's hard to say, due to the fact that social habits are different. In addition, more and more people usage machines that automatically transform texts. As a result, more and more it will not be known whether Poles have changed ways of writing or artificial intelligence has been trained so - says the scientist.

Lubu-dubu, lubu, dubu - it's okay anyway...

No, it can't be either, and yes - these 2 records are 2 completely different things:

- I'm sorry. Lubu-dubu - here the terms (sound-like) are connected to each other, so they give speed occurrence of a phenomenon and that sounds happen together
- I'm sorry. lubu, dub - and here they show Order Frequency: first lupin, then dub and that they happen separately

these are 2 different records giving 2 different states!!

client It's not. petent !!!
white It's not. black !!!

In Text The envoys - about "the destiny of the state" I showed how changing "a" to "a" affects the full sentence:

Respect for the cultural distinctness of the Silesians and another number groups will consolidate the political community, which constitutes the society of the Republic of Poland, and give a sense of its strong support on the values of the Western world.

If you remove 1 "tail" - just 1 - as in the bill... - and replace "a" with "a"... (in words: which - which)

Respect for the cultural distinctness of the Silesians and another number groups will consolidate the political community, which constitutes the society of the Republic of Poland, and give a sense of its strong support on the values of the Western world.

And the dictionary:

These are mostly sound-tracking expressions, hence their circumstantial word-making structure. Since both members are substantially equivalent, their writing with the connector is entirely justified. Separating the components by means of a comma or connecting by means of a "i" combination would be inappropriate.

The improvement has barely begun, the first mistakes...

That's all it was about - to strengthen the alleged "our small homeland"...

For the average person, the description of the changes doesn't say anything, due to the fact that who in the meantime understands the information contained in:
a long, complex, and in addition, a non-styleally twisted sentence, consisting of 16 - 18 words, containing different terms, e.g.:

From January we will compose together "no" with adjectives to a higher and highest degree (and adverbs created from these adjectives).

I don't get it.And I'm certain quite a few people won't get into the fresh rules... all of the above conviction especially spoils the phrase: >>>write “no” in full
In this conviction we have mixed professional language with common language - alternatively >>>write “no” in full read: >>"No" spelling
That conviction should read:
The spelling "no" since January 2026: including the adjectives of the higher degree and the highest and adverbs created from these adjectives.

possibly:
From January we compose "no" including: adjectives of the higher degree and the highest and with: adverbs created from these adjectives.

Don't you think that's better?

Interview with Paulina Mikulała - influenserka, popularizer of cognition about Polish.

Since January 1, 2026, any principles of Polish spelling have changed. The Council of the Polish Language announced it a year and a half ago to give language users time to get utilized to and adapt to changes.

– Most of them are expected to make our lives easier – they convince Paulina Mikula, popularizer of cognition about Polish.
[example]Lubu-dubu It shows that there must be a reverse process... - MS]

As he emphasises, in the fresh rules it will be important variation and greater coherence in the town names.

The paper of the Council of the Polish Language (RJP) explicitly states that separate spelling of particles will be allowed, which can besides function as stand-alone terms (e.g. super-, extra-, eco-, wege-, turbo-) in combinations with insignificant words. To date, only the combined evidence was correct: "supercar", "megapromotion", "extracene", which was not only highlighted in text editors as incorrect, but besides intuitively by a large number of writers written incorrectly, or separately.

"which was not only highlighted in text editors as incorrect"

What do we care about editors? We are not writing wrong, only the programmer wrote incorrect for Polish language! So "editors" is no argument.
Why is individual trying to convince us that improvement is needed?

Another crucial change that Paulina Mikula points out is saving city residents and districts in capital letters. Until now, lower spelling has been considered correct, unlike the inhabitants of regions or countries (Poland, Mazowszanin, but Warsaw and Mokotovian). As of 1 January, we will besides compose these 2 last words with a capital letter.

"So far it has been considered correct to spell with a lower letter"

Yeah. So it's a substance of recognition?
It's a substance of rules to aid us communicate.

and then:

– "The evidence will be more logical in any situations, and will meet the expectations and emotional and linguistic needs of language users.

How do you know the expectations and emotional needs of 30 million Poles?

"logic"?
Where?
Maybe in the case of "some" cities specified as Gdansk?

Before the war Gdańsk was outside the borders of the Republic of Poland in the form of: Free City of Gdańsk - it was a parliamentary republic, so the citizen of WMG was a citizen of a abroad state, so it was written with the capital letter: "Gdanszczanin", right?

And now we're expected to compose "Gdanszczan" alternatively of "Gdanszczan"?
That's what this is about."in any situations more logical"?
Fits the "experience" of the Gdansk City Council, huh?

majsynak.blogspot.com/2015/07/skarb-hitlera-skarb-forstera.html

The text of the resolution of 1945 utilized wording
"territory of the erstwhile Free City of Gdańsk"
"In areasformer Free City of Gdańsk"

Council of the City of Gdańsk
"determinates the legal situation in the Free City of Gdańsk"

Does this mean that the Free City of Gdańsk exists??

and then:

For example, I did not realize why "Warsaw" is written in capital letters, but already "Warsaw" is simply a tiny one, or "Wroclaw" and "wrocławian", "wrocławian". From 1 January this changes, all these names will be written in capital letters. And this is beautiful, due to the fact that many people feel a stronger bond with their city than with the full region. So far, the name of the region's inhabitants has been recorded in capital letters and the name of the tiny city's inhabitants" – Says influencer.

"For example, I did not realize why "Warsaw" is written with a capital letter, but already "Warsaw" is simply a tiny letter"

Now do you understand?
After all, the Council has not provided a translation for this principle, it has just given a fresh regulation - a fresh regulation - nothing more. What do you realize now if there's nothing to understand?

As I see specified a comment, I think - this individual is wondering about orthography... why not just look into the dictionary to explain his doubts? If you had Mikula - "Popularizer of cognition about Polish" - I'm sorry. She looked into the dictionary, that would make her found outhow it works "system":

The town of Warsaw is "warszawianka" - and according to the fresh rules - "Warszawianka".

But "Warsaw" is besides a song! What's more - there are 2 "Warsaw girls" - 1 song from 1831 and the another song from 1905! But that's not all - there's inactive a drama by Wyspiański called "Warszawianka" and a series of Soviet/Russian submarines called "Warszawianka". That's six options... plus 7 that we're most curious in:

"Warszawianka" from the capital is - according to the rules - a resident of the Warsaw Voivodeship or simply the Warsaw Land...

The Warsaw Voivodeship existed in the Second Poland and for 53 years after the Second planet War - until 1999, erstwhile the Mazowieckie Voivodeship was established.

Well, by the following rules:
- I'm sorry. "Warsaw" is simply a resident of the Warsaw Voivodeship, e.g. the town of Wołomina
- "Warsaw" is simply a resident of the city of Warsaw

Thanks to these rules, we can communicate rapidly and logically and we will not be confused - where does a peculiar individual come from - from the city or the voivodship.

Now you understand?

Dictionary:

Let me put it this way:
The old one. writing is more logical and meets the expectations and emotional and linguistic needs of language users.

Right?

This example with "Warsaw" in my opinion completely eliminates the "reform" of orthography - is unnecessary.

A Do you realize what's going on here?
Not only "grunting" - "grunting", but besides "my small country"!

Remember? "to make the Silesian cultural minority" ?

I told you, I wrote that this is any kind of sabotage, present even repeated by regional state institutions.
This is what this word led us to do - so that people would become accustomed to the thought that the country is made up of "small homelands", or from different nations, due to the fact that - as I noticed earlier in the post A literary statement, or wikipedia:

The word "land" is closely related to the word "nation" - not just from the point of view of feeling an individual...

Term "parent" It comes from the word "homeland," and that involves the concept of a Nation.
Country – a word of 2 meanings relating to a space applicable to a single individual (unit) or a collective (nation).

"little homeland" in the guess - SURVEILLANCE - means - "little nations"
I mean, by default, another than Polish...

Are you bald?

Influenzar is individual who affects people.

And then:

We will compose all adjectives from individual names, e.g. Chopin, Shakespeare. To date, spelling has varied depending on whether the adjective refers to the owner of the name or to any feature associated with it. RJP besides proposed changing the spelling of company names, brands and industrial product models.

From January we will compose together "no" with adjectives to a higher and highest degree (and adverbs created from these adjectives). Today, individual may be “unpleasant” and something may be “inexpensive”, but no longer “not the nicest” or “not the most expensive”. But the fresh binding regulation assumes the spelling of "not nice" and "not expensive".

First there is (not everyone understands) a description of a professional language and then a common language.

In the resolution of the RJP highlighted the symbolic context of change: 2026 marks the 90th anniversary of the last major spelling reform. The paper besides recalls that the Council of Polish Language has a function in the field of spelling, and its competence has been confirmed by law (among another things, the Act on Polish language of 7 October 1999 was indicated).

When you introduce a regulation by law, do you besides emphasize "symbolic context"? At the same time, it is noted that the Council has specified powers... what for?

– The language always lives alone, it is not regulated from the top. The exception is the orthographic changes. The Council of the Polish Language controls it and makes these rules comparatively clear, transparent, that we all play according to the same rules of the game, so we play easier. If everyone wrote their own way, it wouldn't make sense, due to the fact that remember, language is simply a system, and the strategy cannot break down.points to Paulin Mikul.
a; Newseria Information Agency
--

– The language always lives alone, it is not adjustable from the top - What do you mean it's not? It was regulated in 1936 and now in 2026!
The exception is the orthographic changes. - and they have influenced the spoken language!

The 1936 improvement replaced e.g. the spelling "j" with "i" in words e.g. "Marja".
This change has affected further generations - the way the next generations of Poles talk words!

After all, people who read "Maria" were taught a fresh pronunciation: "Maria"!
They adapted to what they saw in the newspaper, the kayak, the authoritative writings, the books.

The Greek word "father" is easy to associate with "father", but "oikistes" - not necessarily, right?

The father is the leader of a group of colonists and the founder of the colony - in short: The founder's father. The word with a long "j" - father, father - uses e.g. M.L. Bernhard in his book: "Greek Archaic Art" from 1989. We remember, "k" is interchangeable with "c."
pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oikistes

Oikistes (Greek: οἰκιστής), often anglicized as an oekist or oecist; Greek pronunciation according to google translator: "ikistiis" - Oh, I see it in Greek, too, was a "reform of spelling"...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oikistes

The spoken language was changed - transformed as a consequence of the orthographic improvement of the writing of Polish.

Let us add - in 3 years the war broke out and the Polish society was massacred - "making it easier" thus introducing permanent changes to the Polish language - into the spoken language!!! As if it were synchronized!!

What do we have at the east border?
I truly don't like it. "symbolic context of change"...

"If everyone wrote in their own way, it wouldn't make sense, due to the fact that remember, language is simply a system, and the strategy cannot break down.points Paulina Mikula" --------->> compare with this:

January 1, 2026 - sciencewpolsce.pl

Linguistics and celebrated dr hab. Joanna Satola-Staśkowiak admitted that fresh changes in Polish orthography go deeper than fresh reforms in another Slavic countries. She stressed that The current improvement is simply a uncommon event throughout the past of the Polish economy.

- I'm sorry. Until now, these names have been written in lower letters, while the names of residents of countries and regions have been written in advanced letters. This was the origin of many orthographic errors – indicated the philologist.

Yeah. So what's the system, that's the origin of the errors, right? The system, right?

So you repeat in favour of the dictionary and the rules of writing: IT WAS WRONG. specified mistakes may have been made by children, or e.g. uneducated people - THIS IS NOW ALL WE gotta DO WRONG!!!? Like uneducated people or untrained children? To make the strategy fit into reality, huh?

And erstwhile the elites learned to compose correctly and compose correctly their full adult life, then they'll get mixed up and they'll get utilized to writing "the old way," which according to the fresh rules means: wrong - are you okay with this?

In fresh editions: Sienkiewicz, Hłaska, Szklarski, Niziurski, Żeromski we are now going to convert to a fresh prayer? That's not gonna be forging a literary piece?

The Council that decided to "reform" is about statistic or what?
How is the Council going to see who writes correctly and who does not and how will the statistic change?

Are we equal to the lower level?
Apparently...

Throughout the war, everyone has managed, full generations, and now we adapt to the "damaged" people, who most likely do not pay attention to what they wrote, and "publicly" they compose only occasionally - but "all": writers, journalists, scientists, teachers are now to conform to them??

"This was the origin of many orthographic errors"
The reason for errors is mainly the negligence of the writers, not the strategy of rules that is expected to facilitate communication.

So according to the Council, we've been writing incorrect all along, 90 years, and now it's gonna be okay?

Am I the only 1 smelling bad?

Since the beginning of the year, the scandal has been chasing the scandal - not a day of rest...

If not Tusk's temptations, it's Mercosur, like Maduro, it's Greenland, bandiers, Sad, or moving around the planet as a pretend president, a January attack of the Owls, any nuts close Lviv - on which no 1 knows themselves, farmers' protests, statutory feminites, oven-comminov scandal, Stingowo-Sylwestrowa affair, lizard afera, a village afera, hips in Mława, an unheard hand in Toruń, Gizela on unemployment, "events" on police, map of Gomberg, bans for mediocre people in Krakow, children singing any anthem, cross in Kienie, again Greenland, oatica... man - erstwhile you saw specified a "working" week, huh?

And in all of this - an orthographic affair that nobody negates and nobody cares - because som More crucial issues...

In the explanatory memorandum of its decision, the JP Council, min., wrote:

"requires from the author besides detailed analysis of the meaning of the text"

Is that the real and only reason for reform? To make it easier for collaborators or editors to fool people by mixing "reform" and fresh rules into their heads?
And then again: "maybe." This will aid - we are denouncing 90 years of spelling of Polish, changing thousands of street names, thousands of papers throughout Poland, due to the fact that "maybe." Does that help?

Newest example: January 26, 2026

basins.pl/country/837332/sondaz-polacy-want-social-media-for-children-after-15-year-life.html

Title:
A ban on social media for children? Another poll

and at the opening, in the first sentence:

in the first sentence:

Poles want to introduce the statutory usage of social media by children under 15 – according to the latest survey.

What does that mean?
That children under the age of 15 should be legally granted the right to usage social media, right? That's it. common Do you realize that?

I guess so! announcement that dot after "15"...

It's very akin to "There is simply a resolution on the introduction of the statutory work to wear a helmet while driving, among others, by bicycle and scooter..." Right? Only in "our" conviction did individual miss the word "ban."

Is that what this is about? I mean, how can you miss 1 ISTENT word - this is the word: "prohibit" - the writing editor, the editor-in-chief... everyone is asleep?

And below:

Poles were asked whether the law should prohibit people from establishing accounts on platforms specified as TikTok, Instagram or Facebook before the 15th birthday. The results are conclusive.
Strong ahead of the ban
According to Virtual Poland, a full of 73.3 percent of respondents advocate specified a ban.

But what prohibition?

The law should prohibit people from establishing accounts on platforms before their 15th birthday

Does that mean that if I'm going to my nephew's 15th birthday family, I'm not allowed to put on a facebuk, huh?

That's how it's written!!!

Man, who's that, who wrote it, what's going on?!!!
The gibberish of the purest water, but what's this dump for?? Didn't he forget to compose that?

Man, do you see that all step of the way, all small thing, individual wonders, analyzes, thinks, and puts work into how you think about life, about the world, about the state?

You know what I'm afraid of? That individual with specified foolishness promotes me - so that 1 day I can be promoted to "highest position" - and replace what Caligula... I'd better not... I'm forbidding the swapping, the thumping!

majsynak.blogspot.com/2025/03/impas.html
majsynak.blogspot.com/2020/11/kaligula-openany-not-crazy.html

Now erstwhile a man starts to wonder what's gibberish in this paper, he'll call himself to the exam first: "or possibly these are the fresh "rules" I don't fucking understand, huh" ? ?

And he inactive doesn't understand?

Dr Joanna Satola-Staśkowiak:

entering into force of the improvement on specified a large scale this event is rare in Polish history. She stressed that this is simply a peculiar time not only for linguists, but besides for language users.

- I'm sorry. It is not frequently that language changes are visible in real time. They are usually examined from a distance, based on archival documents, old linguistic articles, polemics and memories. Reforms, specified as those from 1918 or 1936, are mainly known from lessons in Polish and technological studies, for us are chapters of history, recorded in origin materials.

What are they expected to improve these changes? In my opinion, nothing - if individual has not learned how to write, he will not learn - or he does not request it, due to the fact that he is simply a bricklayer, cashier, shoemaker, or entrepreneur - which only counts the posts counting taxes - and only incidentally has to do with writing poems and philosophical elaborates to the newspaper....

REDAKTORS have been gibberishing in newspapers for years.

But in the "reform" of the orthography, not a word about "councils" (or "councils"...)...
Huh?

Nobody corrects them, nobody cares about the state of "Polish" journalism, but nobody wants to regulate quotes??

How it all connects...

However, in the Polish improvement the changes go much deeper. From January 2026, among others, the names of the inhabitants of the cities and their districts, settlements and villages will be written in capital letters (e.g. Łódź, Warszawianin, Ochocianka, Mokotowian), which is expected to organize many erstwhile doubts.

Duby tarone!
In this way the alleged "small homeland" was "completed" - now you not only haveYour own small homelandBut also, you compose like individual on a separate property to say,

On the edge...

Now the Green Gorzowian, Gorzowian, Szczecinian, Gdańszczanin... has been aligned with - Poles, Germans, Russians... do you realize what this game is playing?
Do you remember that I was paying attention to the usage of the word "coughing"?
There you go, reform...

Polish Rulez
16 hours ·

Recently, I have come back to a conviction that I erstwhile wrote on my fanpage: “Ma'am, due to the fact that I am better spelled in English.” 3 students, all Poles, without experience of surviving abroad, choose English erstwhile he comes to tell his own stories.

A fewer days ago, in class, it hit me again. We were doing a task where we had to give words that were close to phraseological relationships. I read "chosen fate."

- I'm sorry. Uh, I know what it's like in English, says a student.
- I'm sorry. Then effort to translate it - I answer, intuitively guessing her thought.
- I'm sorry. I don't know... it's about lucky, he admits.

Nobody knows that word in Polish, they don't know that choosing destiny is in our language... lucky.

This phenomenon is not just about words. Shows changes in the language and way young people think. We live in a planet full of abroad languages: online, games, series, memes. Children absorb them faster than their parent tongue. Poland sometimes becomes the language of school commands, exams and tasks - not the language of the first choice to tell its own story.

And here we get to the point: the Polish language exam is not a test of a certain level (B1 or B2), but it examines the full scope of cognition and skills provided for the eighth grade of primary school - it includes knowing texts, cognition of language means and functions and the ability to make your own speech.

The change I observe is fascinating and disturbing at the same time. It shows that Young people adapt to the multilingual worldbut besides that Polish requires us - teachers - to mindfulness, encouragement and reflection. It is not adequate to repeat words; we request to build context, curiosity, creativity and joy in utilizing our native language.

Our function is not to fight English, but to show that Polish can besides be natural and expressive. That you can besides tell stories, make paintings and play with words. It is worth reminding students - and themselves - that happiness can besides be in your own language.

OKE or Eye of Critical Examiner

7 January at 08:50 ·

Let me get any private attention today. This time not from the classroom, nor from the examination table, but from my son's "yard" – a freshman.

I sometimes perceive to his stories about what happens in lectures: about students' behaviors, about simple deficiency of respect for lecturers, about conversations, about telephone browsing, about ostentatious disregard or the belief that "I belong." And erstwhile it comes to the anticipation of anonymous assessment of lecturers – without responsibility, without dialogue, without reflection – it is hard to defy the impression that something is heading in the incorrect direction.

Because this is no longer a problem of 1 phase of education. It's a process that starts early and consistently goes through another levels: from primary school to secondary school to higher education. On each of them we teach – frequently completely unconsciously – that the planet is to adapt to the individual alternatively than the opposite. That requirements are oppression, authority is suspect, and work always lies on the “other side”.

Effect?

More and more demanding young people, well aware of their rights, but little prepared for a relation based on reciprocity. To the relationships in which 1 must sometimes step down, listen, accept the boundaries of another person. It is hard not to think that in a minute the same people will enter adult life – to work, to relationships, to families – and will collide with a reality in which not everything can be “valued anonymously”, and the another side besides has its needs and expectations.

If everyone is to be “the most important” in a relationship, if we treat a compromise as a failure, we do not build mature students or mature adults. We're building alternatively single unitswho are very loudly demanding attention, but are little and little able to be truly present to someone.

I think that's what worries me the most.

Language importantly affects the sense of human identity and relations between people !!!

"How can this be calculated? All you request to do is take data from mobile telephone logins for circumstantial days, extrapolate it to the full population through algorithms and artificial intelligence, so that you get the real number of all residents and residents in the given periods. ...

This data applies to all those in the city... On working days, during the day the population rises to almost 2.2 million, and at night it falls to about 1.9 million.

The data analysis shows that on the 1st day of Christmas there were less people in Warsaw (1 391 945 at 3:00 p.m.) than on Christmas Eve (1 417 088 at 6:00 p.m.). About 50 to 70,000 left on Christmas Eve or 1st Christmas Day for a couple of hours and returned overnight. On Christmas Eve it was mostly 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on the 1st day of Christmas from 14:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The return spread over 3 days: December 26-28 (...)".

How easy it is to "search" society now, right?
And influence him too...

It's 1936?

According to Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, German government wants Bundeswehra to be stationed in Poland and from our territory oversaw a possible ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine.

If troops are to effectively supervise the ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia, they must be deployed to the conflict, i.e. on the front line. From the Ukrainian safety point of view, German troops in Poland do not make any sense. This sense arises if we consider that the mark of the Bundeswehr It is not the securing of Ukraine, but the government of Donald Tusk.

How crucial it is to have POLACY everywhere on the offices - well or poorly educated, but conscious, honest, loving Poland.

The introduction of "new orthography" does not make it easy to just mix and stack problems - why no abroad names were introduced, e.g. Tony Balir on Antek Blair, Andrej Babisz - Andrzej Babisz, Masud Pezeszkaan - Szczęsny Pezeszkaan, Margaret Thatcher - Małgorzata Thatcher, Joe Biden - Józek Biden... ? That would be a good...

"Prime Minister Antek Blair at a gathering with U.S. president Józek Biden, made an assessment of the global situation..."

Isn't that better? As for the boys in the yard... he completely unenchants - demitologizes - Western politicians...

- gibberish in "gasettes" and TVs
- gibberish of fools and trolls on fb
- an assassination effort on school education
- feminists
- "reform" spelling

I am against - this improvement must be cancelled.

Officials alternatively of the word "petent" have been introducing the word "client" for years - which completely changes the relation of the citizen - office. The media persistently manipulates people's attention not only by misusing quotes and yet extremist changes in spelling - in times of crisis of word and credibility - is simply a blackout of the message and will completely confuse people.

Feminitis - emphasizing sex on all occasion annihilates words like

residents

replacing them with words: residents, residents.

This is not about "equality" but about cutting out the concepts that describe us as a community - gdanczania, Mazowszanie, teachers, doctors, sellers, Poles...
The method of tiny steps - is simply a plan that in 2 generations Poles are to each another like abroad nations...

How many levels of action - do you see this?
Do you see how tiny steps work?
Do you see the importance of the language we usage all day - and taking care of it?

I've already gotten a sleaze for this text - I heard the phrase that it's not anymore (the 1 that was?) Poland

Only erstwhile you connect would it seem - tiny things - you see that changes go full steam - only slow - years!

And this is all happening right in front of you.

Revolution in Polish spelling since 2026. Linguist: changes will aid machines, not necessarily people

2025-12-28

After 1 January, utilizing Polish, I will head ahead to all precisions of speech, not recommendations of the Council of Polish Language – said PAP linguist Prof. Jarosław Liberek. In his opinion, changes in orthography will make it easier for machines and specialists to train large language models, which so far have had difficulty processing Polish.

Critical Linguistic Assessment

Linguist from Adam Mickiewicz University Prof. Jarosław Liberek assessed in an interview with PAP that the changes made will not solve many regular problems of language users.Instead, they may make fresh difficulties, specified as making it hard to separate precisely between meanings.

– From January, the names of the inhabitants of cities, districts, settlements and villages will be written in capital letters. However, it is worth noting that Poznań is simply a geographical and historical land. Poznań resident is Poznańiak, who can live in Szamotuła. The alignment of Poznańak with Szamotuł with Poznaniak from Poznań may make it hard in any contexts to separate between meanings," he said.

Exactly! it is included in the orthographic dictionary PWN!

Double rules in public space

According to Prof. Liberek, we can wait a long time for fresh rules to become popular in public space. This applies to the work to compose capital letters in the names of public buildings specified as an alley, a settlement, a square or a park, and in the names of service, catering and cultural institutions specified as a hotel, cafe or theatre.

– In specified cases, it will be up to the institutions and owners of the companies to decide on any changes. It is not certain whether they will decide to implement them quickly, given the costs and possible legal consequences. As a result, we can deal with double spelling rules for a long time," he said.

Do you understand? There will be descriptions of old rules on the bulletin boards, and on the fresh rules you will walk down the street and watch what? BALAGAN! Next to each another there will be descriptions - 1 of the capital letters, 1 of the tiny ones - immediately apparent and the first explanation that there are no standards here, that IT IS WRONG!!! Do you understand? Especially for foreigners! What will the Germans call it? I'll lower the whirlwind!

When asked about how he intended to compose after January 1, 2026, the linguist replied that he would compose as always, that is, in a way that allows him to express his thoughts precisely.

– Sometimes it may happen that I will compose something down according to the old rules, in violation of the recommendations of the Council of Polish Language, for example: “I saw a beautiful edition of “Grażyna” – the celebrated Mickiewicz poetic fresh present in the antiquarian. It will be my small, individual decision, without much importance to all communication. I will not be amazed if individual finds it a comic gesture, but I intend to do so, say, for better well-being," he said.

According to the Council, JP is the same Small, individual decision, without much importance for all communication is liable for making changes for all!

The machines will accept improvement faster than humans.

– It is simply a pity that most likely millions of Poles will not even effort to get active in this process. They'll most likely do the machines. This may origin any to announce that the fresh spelling rules have been accepted by most users of the language, while not the customized will change, but individual will train the machines better," he added.

Prof. Liberek estimated that changes concerning the usage of capital letters and lowercase letters, as well as the full and separable spelling were surely They will be pleased by professionals working on large language models.

– Machines processing Polish language are very hard to learn to admit differences in meaning, especially in longer texts, and then correct spelling. They'll love the fresh rules. More frequently they will be able to apply one, simplified rule, without taking into account nuances," he said.

There will be simplification of language, which leads to ambiguity - and generating more misunderstandings - is what I fight on this blog - with gibberish and ambiguity of editors.

According to Prof. Liberk, people will gradually quit the conscious creation of texts for automatic solutions, and this process is unstoppable.

Is that what this full interview is all about?

Work on learning Polish language machines is conducted, among others, at the Poznań Centre of Artificial Intelligence of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Prof. Liberek participated in the creation of the AMU-Norm program, developed in 2024.

The program was trained on materials from the archive Language Advice UAM. rather effectively checks Polish texts in terms of compliance with the standard, including orthography and punctuation. His creation required large organizational and financial effort. We can adapt it to fresh rules, of course, but this will entail further, crucial costs," said Prof. Liberek.

No studies on real language habits

Oh, that's...

The linguist is of the opinion that the improvement of the Polish language would be better suited to the needs of users, if its introduction were preceded by a thorough survey of how Poles actually talk the language.

So there were no tests? So the Council of JP introduces a colossal change to the Polish language on the basis of what? Your vision? Or possibly it was a abroad agent who filled the Council with letters asking for these changes, huh? possibly it's worth checking...

– At a very digital time erstwhile programs are available capable of analyzing billions of language data, examining the actual orthographic practices of Poles would not be a peculiar problem. Of course, this would require organisational and financial effort, but specified investigation could be carried out to a limited extent – he said.

But what's that gonna do? We're not interested. "small, individual decision, without much importance for all communication" a single man, just how editors, writers, scientists in the media and books write.

Recommendations without legal force

The next step should be – according to Prof. Liberek – to make public the results of investigation on the orthographic practice of Poles, which would let for a wide technological discussion.

"Unfortunately, I do not remember that the Council of the Polish Language carried out specified a preparatory phase. There have been discussions, but mainly within the Council, and decisions have been taken through votes. Without extended investigation into language habits, specified decisions will always be subject to arbitraryity,” he said.

Poznań scientist besides noted that breaking the fresh principles of Polish language will not entail any legal consequences. The recommendations of the Council of the Polish Language are not a normative act, but an expert opinion. He besides recalled the words of a associate of the Council, Prof. Maciej Zieliński, who pointed out that the Council of Polish Language is only an opinion-advisory institution, and its the recommendations have no universal force. He stressed that this position was besides borne out by the decisions of the courts.

But there are quite a few people on the net who, describing this improvement in a way, are ordering us all to follow fresh rules - as mentioned above in the media reports.
This article from the end of January is the first I see that criticizes improvement and stresses that the recommendations have no universal force.

Prof. Liberek estimated that in this situation, whether the fresh rules would spread will depend mainly on the authority of the Council of Polish Language and its social power of influence.

--

I will not follow the fresh rules and I urge it to others - if you can influence the Council by filling it with imaginary problems, then we besides should react....
It is crucial that there are POLACY - well or poorly educated, but conscious, honest and loving Poland everywhere on the offices.
