As far as we know, president Trump cut funds from which these 2 propaganda radio broadcasts have been financed for decades. I do not want to be malicious, but I want to express my sympathy for respective generations of politicians who have grown up listening to this "voice".
Perhaps specified a advanced level of support and sympathy, which the United States (still) enjoys in our country, is due to these radio stations. More than 50 years of naive, provincial admirers have given the effect that any of the citizens of our country were more identified with the US than with the Polish state, which was consistently disdained there – at least until the early 1990s. That's almost forty years. Been a long time. Recently, even the notion that Poles were mentally feeling citizens of 51 U.S. states was repeated in “opinitive media”. It was a large deal, but something was going on.
What are the effects of these over seventy years of propaganda “working”? It's pathetic for us. any listeners of these radio stations believed in the propaganda image of the United States, which, as with propaganda, has (and has) small to do with reality. Of course, in the last 30 years, the maintenance of these radio stations has made no sense, as did the backing of investigation by alleged so-called alleged so-vietologists. After all, these public messages were intended to harm, and especially to fool the society of the states that were called "communist" and disgust them with this system. It worked 30 years ago and there's nothing to say. Or what? But there was always quite a few people willing to free bread for the American taxpayer's money. So the proverbial “kit” was pushed further, praising the alleged advantages of the American strategy and economy. Somehow, no 1 noticed the “strip of rust”, the decline of industry, the moronic political correctness, the plague of drug abuse, the general poverty. Given the basic indicators of civilizational development, the U.S. of the 1920s is the "superpower of the 3rd World", especially as regards baby mortality rates and the availability of wellness services.
These erstwhile (?) radios feel desperate and helpless. "America has deceived them" and even "failed". They did not consider that a "strategic ally" doesn't care about naive devotees who have already "made their own" dismantling their country and beginning their marketplace to "American investors". Now the trade war with the US has begun. We are on the another side of the barricade than our “strategic ally”. someway no 1 can think that Russia is more crucial to Washington than Poland many times, and in front of our eyes is reborn a well-known and beneficial alliance with Moscow (formerly with St. Petersburg). What is the connection between the 2 countries today? The binder is simply a borderline aversion to the Old Europe, to which we are politically glued – from this perspective. It may be worth to make the pupils of “Free Europe” aware that the European Union is sustaining the war in Ukraine by supporting the regulation of Kiev against American politics. The U.S. has not started a customs war with Russia and may not start it. After all, this is “totally unpredictable” for those who have listened to propaganda broadcasts for besides long.
I will not proceed to torment the “distorted” and “failed”. That would be besides foreign. I call on them to think and look for ways out of intellectual depression. The American protectorate in this part of the planet has ended, due to the fact that the maintenance of this empire is already unprofitable and lacks resources. We lost “our war” to the east. Is it worth being on the side of losing in the U.S. war to the European Union?
