Donald Tusk, after more than a day, decided to mention to the actions of the terrorist state and to the words of the Israeli Prime Minister and Ambassador of Israel in Poland, as a consequence of which Polak suffered the garbage. “You are putting our solidarity to a real hard test. A tragic attack on volunteers and your reaction awakens understandable anger," he said.
On social media there were critical remarks about the hold of the Prime Minister in the publication of the entry, which occurred about 36 hours after the tragic event in which the Polish citizen died. As a consequence of the Monday Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip, 7 workers of the planet Central Kitchen (WCK) humanitarian organization, including a Pole, were killed. A car owned by WCK employees was hit by an Israeli rocket just after crossing the border of the northern Gaza Strip. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, commenting on the situation, stated that "these things happen during war."
One of the entries on the subject appeared on the profile of Krzysztof Bosak, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm for the Confederacy. Many were outraged, and Israeli ambassador to Warsaw, Ja’akov (Yacov) Livne, harshly criticized Bosak, accusing him of anti-Semitism.
“The message ‘World Central Kitchen’ shows that their convoy—in which our citizen, among others, was killed—was marked as humanitarian, and the IDF [Israeli Defence Force—ed.] were informed of his movements. Volunteers were attacked after the food was unloaded. It appears that the aim of the Israeli command is to terrorize humanitarian organizations and to emergence famine among Palestinians. At the moment, people, including infants, die from blocking supplies. It's called war crimes. The summoning of the Israeli ambassador to the MFA is the minimum that should happen," Bosak wrote.

"The utmost right and left in Poland accuses Israel of intentional execution in yesterday's attack, resulting in the death of members of the humanitarian organization, including a Polish citizen. Deputy talker of the Sejm and Confederate leader Krzysztof Bosak says Israel commits “war crimes” and terrorizes humanitarian organizations to starve Palestinians. It was the same Bosak who inactive refused to condemn the massacre of Hamas on October 7, and whose partymate, right-wing extremist, put out the Chanukov Menor fire extinguisher, which we lit in Parliament in Warsaw. Conclusion: Anti-Semites will always stay anti-Semites, and Israel will stay a democratic judaic State that fights for its right to exist. besides for the benefit of the full Western world," said Livne, referring to Bosak's entry.

In the programme "Guest of Events" on Tuesday, Dr Wojciech Szewko, an expert on mediate East and muslim terrorism from the Centre for investigation on Terrorism Collegium Civitas, discussed the Israeli attack. According to Dr. Szewko, 1 of the main targets of the attack may have been to discourage humanitarian organisations from carrying out relief activities in the Gaza Strip.
He said that the Israeli government "is convinced that all possible humanitarian organisations should be discouraged." He besides recalled the earlier blockades of the aid supply, as illustrated by the views of Israeli decision-makers, who believe that the provision of food to Gaza's population after last year's bloody Hamas action "is absolutely unacceptable".
“Indemnification is simply a secondary matter. It won't bring that man back. The most crucial thing that the Polish government should request should be the recognition by the Israeli side of a peculiar individual liable and the request to hold her accountable," he said.
“Israel claims that it does not request global courts due to the fact that it has a perfectly functioning strategy of accounting for those who commit war crimes, which is simply a classical war crime, so let an investigation be conducted in Israel. Let the guilty individual be named and let him be fined for good," he said. He besides added that if Palestinians had died in this attack, “this communicative would not have seen the light of day at all.”
