For six months I have been trying to find how much of the SAFE debt will stay in Poland

This is paranoid. From 12.08.2025, I have been trying – as a Member, in the process of many parliamentary interventions – to find what percent of the amount of EUR 43.7 billion (a debt for the acquisition of military equipment under the SAFE instrument) will actually stay in Poland. It's been over six months to find a simple answer and... there's inactive no specifics.

Yes, the government publically claims that "about 89% of the resources collected under the SAFE instrument will go to the Polish arms industry" – but this answer is ambiguous and may be a simple word game. “Polish industry” can besides mean contracts for abroad companies registered in Poland: with abroad owner, part of global companies that yet transfer profits outside Poland.

And we're talking about giant money. The repayment is not to start until 10 years after receiving the funds and is spread over 45 years. All the more reason to clarify what part of EUR 43.7 billion will actually stay in the Polish economy. due to the fact that if this money does not stay in Poland, yet everyone will benefit from the program – only not Poland.

Therefore, erstwhile again, I address the MPs to the MON with 3 simple questions:

1. Does the government number 89% of contracts with contractors registered in Poland or after real added value in Poland?

2. What will be the share of local content (national production vs import of components) in SAFE spending in Poland?

3. What share of EUR 43.7 billion will be allocated to entities with Polish capital, and which subsidiaries of abroad companies operating in Poland?

Only clear answers to these questions will show who will truly make money on SAFE. Today, this seems to be 1 large hoax, and the government's message that it will gain "Polish arms industry", is increasingly like misleading citizens.
