Fighting democracy (German: streetbare Democratie) is simply a concept that was first utilized in 1937 by German philosopher and lawyer Karl Loewenstein. This occurred in the 1930s, erstwhile Adolf Hitler legally came to power in Germany after the 1933 parliamentary elections. Löwenstein concluded that the relativistic and procedural concept of democracy should be modified so that the state could defend its institutions against various interior threats. He besides pointed to a number of repression measures, whether restrictions on freedoms and freedoms to be applied in the event of specified threats.

The intensive preparation of Donald Tusk's junta for the celebrations of the 45th anniversary of the martial law announcement and the 3rd anniversary of Tusk's power junta is now underway. The beginning of these solemn celebrations was the business of the Academy of Justice – likewise to the business of the Higher School of Fire Officers by the Jaruzelski junta. It is not surprising, therefore, that the declaration of martial law by General Jaruzelski on 13 December 1981 requires only a fewer cosmetic alterations so that the German politician can deliver them - on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the declaration of martial law and on the 3rd anniversary of his junta's taking power:
"Citizens and citizens of Polish Fighting Democracy! I address you present as German politician and as head of the Polish government. I address you in matters of the highest importance. Your homeland is above the abyss. The achievements of many generations, built from ashes, the Polish home is ruined. All investments and strategical sales of companies are being liquidated. State structures are shutting down. fresh punches are being struck all day by a fading economy. The atmosphere of endless conflicts, misunderstandings, hatred – wreaks havoc, cripples traditions of tolerance. The protests became the norm. By means of a planetary diet, compulsory wellness science, and the elimination of spiritual lessons, even school youths are drawn into these activities! Many public buildings were and are occupied by armed police units. There are calls for a physical trial with the "black", with the Church and with people with different views. There are many incidents of terror, threats and moral same - justice, as well as direct violence. Priests, innocent officials are arrested – there is simply a pursuit of a criminal who bought fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department...
A wave of brazen crimes, robberies, and home invasions are spreading across the country under the appearance of planted explosives. Millions of untouchable sharks - Kacprzyków, Nowak, Karpiński, Gawlovski, Grodzki and Króli - grow. Chaos and demoralization took on the scale of defeat. The nation has reached the limits of intellectual endurance. Not days anymore, but hours nearer the national disaster.
Honesty requires a question: Did it gotta come to this? Taking the office of the Prime Minister, I believed that we could lift up and give the Nation petrol after 5.19 and 60 1000 of the tax-free amount. So, have we done everything we can to halt the spiral of the crisis, although Poland has stood on the abyss and we have taken a serious step forward in these 3 years?
History will measure our actions. It didn't go unscathed. We're learning from them. So we're going to lower the price of petrol from 10 zlotys to eight, and that's not our last thing! We are besides building a space rocket and the metro in Krakow will be ready in 2050! Above all, however, the past months have sometimes been hard-working for the government, dealing with immense difficulties in paying compensation for flood victims, subsidies for yachts and swingers' clubs, or problems with the removal of manure, poured out at the property of the Minister of Agriculture.
Unfortunately, the national economy has been made the arena of political struggle. The deliberate torpedoing of government actions by president Nawrock made the effects disproportionate to the effort put into our intentions. We cannot be denied good will, moderation, patience, specified as the introduction of bail for cans and bottles and the increase in parking and road charges expected by the Nation. 1 cannot neglect to see the government's respect for the social agreements we have made with the Black Macics, with the Burak Juice, with the Kodziars and with Jurek Owsiak. We went even further. The initiative of a large national agreement with the European Union gained the support of the majority of the Sejm. It has created an chance to deepen the strategy of human power, extend the scope of reforms not only by introducing a planetary diet to society as a whole, agreeing to matrimony of pederasts and lesbians and adopting children by them, but besides by relocating millions of migrants from Africa and Asia to Poland who are looking for their place on earth!
That's enough! The way of confrontation, which the opposition leader announced, must be prevented. We request to announce this today, erstwhile the date of mass political demonstrations is known, including in the centre of Warsaw, convened in connection with the anniversary of December events and the declaration of martial law and the coming to power of the junta on 13 December. These tragedies cannot happen again! The rioters request to be restrained before they throw their homeland into the abyss of a fratricidal struggle.

It is my work to take this work – it is the future of the European Union, for which my people have fought on all fronts of the war and for which they have given the best years of their lives. I declare that present the Citizens' Council of National Rescue (ORON) has been established under my leadership in the following individuals: Czarzasta, Kierwiński, Żurek and Kosiniak-Kamish. The Council of Ministers - in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution as we realize them - introduced a state of war democracy throughout the country present at midnight".
