It is not known from now on that the organizers and sympathizers of WOŚP events are characterized by the love of their neighbour only for show. During the last alleged final, there was a disgusting situation: WOŚP safety guards took control of the marketplace in Rzeszów from the police and brutally assaulted a volunteer of the Pro-Right to Life Foundation. The attackers twisted her hand so that she could not breathe out of pain and then knocked her down. Marta sat on a frozen sidewalk for 50 minutes. This is what “do what you want” looks like in practice.
WOŚP safety attacked a prolife volunteer. Activists of the Pro-Right to Life Foundation wanted to conduct a peaceful information run on abortion on the marketplace in Rzeszów. At the same time, the local WOŚP final was to be held there. As shortly as the Foundation's activists arrived, they were attacked by a “protection” hired by the WOŚP.
As Marta, the action coordinator, reports: “A fewer tall men with their faces covered, dressed black, stood in my way. They all hid the IDs. 1 of them started pushing me violently, trying to halt me from walking.
At 1 point he began utilizing very uncensored words. He tried to turn me around with a violent grip on my clothes. Then he grabbed my forearm with all his strength and twisted his hand in the shoulder backwards. I couldn't breathe in pain. I tried to get out, but the pain made my telephone stand fall off the another hand. A man kicked a tripod with all his might, from which the telephone fell on the pavement.”
The guards knocked Martha down. As the Foundation volunteer continues:
“After turning my hand in my shoulder with momentum, I sat on a cold pavement. erstwhile I was young, I broke my back so the only way out of this painful situation was to do something that would prevent them from moving forward. The aggressor immediately grabbed my left arm with a strong embrace causing pain. He struggled, but I didn't move. The man in charge of the robbery tried to force me to stand up with unspeakable words. Behind me, sitting on a dirty, cold sidewalk, the characters of masked dribbles were changing from time to time. I sat on this sidewalk for 50 minutes.”
According to the Pro-Life Law Foundation, the police refused to intervene in this case. Volunteers have heard from officers that police are not allowed to enter the marketplace due to the fact that they are now ruled by WOŚP safety guards. Moreover, another volunteer of the Foundation tried to enter the marketplace Square a fewer hours after the robbery to usage the toilet in a close restaurant. She was refused entry due to a foundation T-shirt with the image of a kid developing in the womb.
The strong pacification of the Foundation's actions was preceded by official-legal battles. The city office has blocked respective times the anticipation of organising a legal assembly on the day of the WOŚP final. The Reich authorities have long persecuted the volunteers of the Foundation and have tried to block the organization of peaceful information actions and rosary prayers.
The Foundation intends to take firm legal action on the assault in Rzeszów and to bring the perpetrators to criminal responsibility.
