The Agency for the Evaluation of Medical Technology and Tarification collects data on the salaries of persons employed in medicinal entities having a contract with the NFZ. The nonsubjective is to collect data on the remuneration of employees of medicinal entities in all forms of employment, and to collect data on the structure of employment broken down by professional groups and categories of staff. The data collected will have an impact on the establishment of a minimum wage in wellness care from 1 July 2024.
The remuneration data should be reported for the period of February 2024 and should include all employees, regardless of the form of employment, who are active in the implementation of wellness benefits. However, financial information must be provided from periods of:January to December 2023 and January to February 2024
In addition, entities which are required to apply the cost accounting standard should supply data on the structure of the revenues and costs of their activities and information on the average unit costs of producing procedures carried out by medicinal operators.
Data are collected through a dedicated application available on the website https://apprkp.aotm.gov.pl.
Time limit for submission of data by medicinal products: 10 April 2024.
The Agency for the Evaluation of Medical Technology and Tarification besides organises on-line training for medicinal agents to decently supply the required data, in peculiar for hospitals and another entities obliged to apply the cost accounting standard, as well as for another entities that are not obliged to apply the cost accounting standard, for example for primary healthcare entities, individual medical practice, dental, nursing, physiotherapy.
