Co-operation with another owners in the protection of the common good is crucial for the harmonious functioning of the housing community.
5. Authorisation to enter the premises
According to Article 13 paragraph 2 of the Actthe owner of the premises must, at the request of the board, let access to the premises, if essential for:
- maintenance, repair or repair of a common property failure,
- equipment of the building with additional installations, e.g. monitoring, fibre optic installation or fire alarm system.
6. Liability for negligence
Failure to fulfil the obligations of the owner of the premises may lead to conflicts with another members of the community or even judicial intervention. An example may be evasion from paying the costs of the management of a common property.
