  • equipment of the building with additional installations, e.g. monitoring, fibre optic installation or fire alarm system.

6. Liability for negligence

Failure to fulfil the obligations of the owner of the premises may lead to conflicts with another members of the community or even judicial intervention. An example may be evasion from paying the costs of the management of a common property.
