Dear Readers,
We invitation you to read part of the article by president Obrona Narodowa.pl Grzegorz Matyasik "Analysis of the bill on the activities of state authorities in the event of an external threat to the safety of the state". Part I is the introduction which demonstrates the impact of current government and solutions on the systemic management of national security. In this part, the author tried to show solutions operating in the countries neighbouring Poland, including Ukraine – as a peculiar example of the state with experience of conducting a defensive war. This part of the author ended with proposals that mention to the perfect condition including a broad improvement of the national safety management strategy referring to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.
