I have known my colleague Tomek Jankowski for at least 10 years, although I do not share much of his views and political initiatives.

But I cannot stay silent and passive. erstwhile at 6:00 a.m., representatives of many services already called the 3rd Republic of Poland knock on the door at 6:00 a.m., having in their hand the decision of the prosecutor, and either they search our apartments or houses and confiscate electronic equipment "how's going" (as it happened to a colleague of Dark Kosiur and me, Paul Earthman, in June 2018), or they pack you into a modern kibit, that is, a police car of 1 of the uniforms and carry you to a close or distant town, somewhere in Poland, to ask you any questions that "normally" can be asked in the nearest commission. But it may happen that abruptly they will press charges against you and arrest you “provisionally”, which is simply a very “flexible” word in Polish legal reality erstwhile it comes to the period of imprisonment, frequently extra-coded.

Later proceedings of alleged legal institutions and the judiciary may take various forms, frequently in years: charges, arrests, multi-instance judicial proceedings (in a happy case from a "free rate", meaning participation in judicial proceedings, while on the loose and not in temporary custody; in the legal context this concerns the defendant, who must appeal to the court and cannot leave the place of residence or hinder proceedings without permission) and at the end of the sentence: imprisonment, regulation of liberty or fine.

The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg inactive remains a convict, but let us leave it without comment for now.

My dear, due to the fact that I believe that 1 of the principles of my activities should be absolute transparency – I regret to inform you that on yesterday, i.e. on Monday 20 October, at 6 am, the intent of forcing me to audition in Przemyśl, the Polish Border defender knocked on my flat in Warsaw. I was taken out in handcuffs and transported to the D.A.'s office in Przemyśl. It most likely happened rather accidentally a day, or actually respective hours, after my speech at the peace rally, which most of you liked, as I see it.

I don't know. I regret, of course, the methods, but who truly decided about them – it's hard to say.”

I ask a public question erstwhile again, which is not covered by “Polish law” and oppressed Poles, especially those who are critical of the policy pursued by the alleged “circular elite” of the 3rd Republic of Poland – will they yet come to head and organize themselves in any kind of association formula, which will act not only in the defence of the oppressed, but will deal with prevention and prevention of the impunity of various organizations speaking and repressing Poles in their homeland?!

Establishing an association – for self-defence in the field of civilian rights and freedoms, monitoring and preventing repressive actions against Poles in Poland, and possibly besides violating the good name and rights of Poles abroad – is an urgent necessity!
