The global Court of Justice (MTS) announced that on Tuesday (30.03.2024) it would issue a ruling on Germany, accused by Nicaragua of facilitating genocide in Gaza by Jews.
Germany faced MTS for supporting Israeli genocide in the Palestinians in Gaza.
– Tuesday (30 April 2024 – ed.) The global Court of Justice will issue a decision on an application for an indication of provisional measures submitted by Nicaragua on the alleged infringement of certain global obligations in respect of the occupied Palestinian territory." – reads the Court’s statement.
Nicaragua opened proceedings against Germany before the Hague Court, accusing Berlin of facilitating genocide in Gaza by providing political and military support to Israel. At the beginning of April this year, Nicaragua asked the Court to issue protective measures against Germany so as to suspend arms exports to Israel and repeal the decision to suspend the financing of the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees, or UNRWA.
Let us callback that Germany is 1 of the biggest supporters of the Israeli military offensive in Gaza, despite expanding social pressure. Chancellor Olaf Scholz repeatedly reiterated that his country bears peculiar work for Israel due to Nazi history.
