– For the first time in the past of the 3rd Republic, we are dealing with a situation where the composition of the Sejm is contested! Consequently, the Sejm's ability to make binding legal laws is being questioned. This is simply a very dangerous situation.
It is just as dangerous as the situation with which we came out of the erstwhile term, i.e. the situation in which the judgments of the courts may be contested due to the fact that judicial institutions have been challenged for the last 8 years.
I appeal to the ruling coalition not to make the same mistake that PiS did! Do not transfer the demolition that took place in the judicial strategy to the legislative system! due to the fact that it may just be a situation, in a fewer years, that power will change, and the fresh power will come and question all the laws that will be adopted by this Sejm for the next 4 years! Remember, you will not regulation forever.
The Confederacy proposed that a constitutional reset be made in specified a situation, i.e. zeroing out the composition of judicial institutions and selecting fresh institutions by a constitutional majority capable of settling constitutional disputes which are simply impossible at the moment, in a binding way, to resolve.
Therefore, I decision for a postponement of the gathering to enter into political negotiations on the implementation of the constitutional reset.
